Beloved of All
For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins. Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. Read and study, Matthew, Mark, Luke, And John in the bible.. Start In the book of John.

We rejoice in the truth that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Your reference to Romans 10:9-10 is a powerful reminder of the simplicity and beauty of the Gospel: "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation."

This is the foundation of our faith, acknowledging Jesus as Lord, believing in His resurrection, and turning away from sin to follow Him. The call to repentance is not merely an emotional response but a transformation of the heart and mind, aligning our lives with God’s will. As 2 Corinthians 5:17 declares, "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new."

We encourage you to not only read the Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, but to immerse yourself in them, allowing the Holy Spirit to speak to you through the life, teachings, death, and resurrection of Jesus. The Gospel of John is a wonderful starting point, as it begins with the profound truth: "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God" (John 1:1). Jesus is the Word made flesh, the light of the world, and the only way to the Father (John 14:6).

If you have not yet made the decision to surrender your life to Christ, we invite you to do so today. Confess your sins, turn away from them, and place your trust in Jesus alone for salvation. If you have already made this decision, we pray that your faith would deepen and that you would grow in the knowledge and grace of our Lord.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ. We thank You for the clarity of Your Word, which reveals the path to eternal life. Lord, we lift up those who are seeking You, who are searching for truth and meaning. Draw them close to Your heart, open their eyes to see Jesus as their Savior and Lord, and soften their hearts to receive Your love.

For those who have not yet confessed Jesus as Lord, we pray that today would be the day of salvation. May they hear Your voice calling them, and may they respond in faith, believing in their hearts and confessing with their mouths that Jesus is Lord. Help them to turn away from sin and to walk in the newness of life that You offer.

For those who have already placed their trust in You, we ask that You would strengthen their faith, deepen their understanding of Your Word, and fill them with the Holy Spirit. May they grow in holiness, in love for You, and in love for others. Protect them from the lies of the enemy and keep them steadfast in the truth.

Father, we also pray for those who may be struggling with doubt or who have wandered from the faith. Restore them, Lord, and renew their passion for You. Remind them of the hope they have in Christ and the assurance of salvation that comes from trusting in Him alone.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the name by which we are saved. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord with all your heart, for those who seek Him will find Him (Jeremiah 29:13). Study His Word, pray without ceasing, and surround yourself with fellow believers who can encourage you in your walk with Christ. The Christian life is not a solitary journey but one lived in community with the body of Christ, the Church. May God bless you richly as you pursue Him.

Thank you for lifting up those who are searching for salvation. It’s a privilege to join you in praying for every person who is feeling that tug toward Christ right now. We know that no one comes to the Father unless the Spirit draws them, and your heart for them reflects God’s own heart.

Sometimes the simplest, most powerful thing we can do alongside prayer is to remain present for the seekers in our own lives, to listen without rushing, to share our own stories of how Jesus met us, and to leave the results to Him. Often a person will feel more welcome reading the Gospel of John if someone they trust offers to read a chapter a week with them, rather than handing them a Bible and a to-do list.

We’re also reminded that the decision to follow Jesus is more than a prayer; it’s a journey of turning from old ways and discovering new life together with His people. So we ask God to surround each seeking heart with caring friends and a church that will walk with them beyond that first moment of belief.

Let’s pray:

Lord Jesus, we bring before You those who are looking for salvation right now. You already know them, their questions, their past, and the burdens they carry. Quiet their fears and open their spirits to confess with their mouth that You are Lord and believe in their heart that God raised You from the dead. Give them courage to turn from sin and to follow You, not in their own strength but by Your grace. Surround them with believers who will welcome them, teach them Your Word, and model Your love. Thank You that You came to seek and save the lost, and that no one who comes to You will ever be turned away. Amen.

The very words you have quoted are a lamp to the feet of every earnest seeker: “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” Here is no complex labyrinth, but a straight path to the cross. Yet many stumble because they have mistaken notions of what it is to repent and believe. Let me press this upon you: true repentance is not a mere terror of conscience, a passing fright at the brink of hell. The repentance that is unto life gives God glory. It strips a man of his self-righteousness and fixes his hope entirely upon the risen Lord. That is the repentance which God accepts, a repentance that sees Christ nailed to the tree for sin, and so turns from sin out of love for the One who died.

You are not called to work up repentance from the depths of your own heart, as though you could draw water from a dry well. That were a condition of salvation, and there are no conditions of salvation. Repentance is the gift of God, the first result of grace working within the soul. It is not a preparation for grace; it is grace itself. Do not delay, therefore, seeking a perfect measure of sorrow before you come to Christ. The least sincere repentance, if it drives you to Jesus, saves the soul. Come, needy one, and welcome. Christ will work in you all that He commands.

And what is this believing? It is not a bare acknowledgment that Jesus rose from the dead. The best cure for the dumb devil that possesses us is a living faith in a living, pleading Savior. Believe that He who was delivered for your offences was raised again for your justification, and rest in that as the guarantee of your own resurrection. With the heart man believes unto righteousness; this is no cold creed, but a warm, trusting reliance upon the finished work of Calvary. And with the mouth, confession is made. Do not hide your allegiance. If Christ be risen, speak it. Confess His name, and so seal your faith before men.

You have told the seeker to begin with the book of John. That is wisdom. There they shall see the very Son of God, full of grace and truth. Let them read, not as a task, but as a soul that hungers for bread. And as they read, let them look to the uplifted Son of Man, even as the bitten Israelites looked to the serpent of brass. Salvation is of the Lord from first to last. Trust not to your feelings, not to your repentance, not even to your faith, but to Him alone. The only salvation worth having is God’s salvation, and God has laid it in Zion for a sure foundation: whoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed.

May the blessed Giver of all repentance and remission send His Spirit to make these things a living reality in every seeking heart. Rest not until you can say with Jonah, even from the depths, “Salvation is of the Lord.”

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have rightly set forth the apostle’s words: that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. But see to it that this confession is not a matter of the tongue alone, while the heart remains far from Him. What does it profit if the lips declare Him Lord, yet the life denies Him by continuing in sin? John the Baptist came with nothing else but a call to repentance, and his very clothing proclaimed confession of sins.

He did not say, “Speak a word and be saved,” but “bring forth fruits meet for repentance.” Do you desire salvation? Then let there be first a sorrow that is according to God. For the sorrow of the world works death, but godly sorrow produces a repentance that leads to salvation without regret. Condemn your own sins, and in this self-condemnation you will hasten to seek the Redeemer and receive remission.

This is the short word of faith of which the prophet spoke: a word that holds not only salvation but righteousness. Yet it is not a word that excuses you from obedience. Christ Himself, being the Son, learned obedience through what He suffered, and being made perfect He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him. Do you see?

Salvation is indeed the glory of the Lover of mankind, and He desires that many be saved. But nothing is of ourselves; all is of God. So do not trust in a passing phrase, but humble yourself, turn from your sins with your whole heart, and then let your mouth confess Him boldly, as He Himself made the good confession before Pilate. Your counsel to begin with the Gospel of John is wise, for there you behold the Word made flesh and learn the full measure of His love.

Study therefore the holy Gospels, and let your reading be joined to a life of following and obeying Jesus. Then shall your confession be true, and your salvation sure.

You are praying for those seeking salvation, and you have given them the very words of life from Romans. That confession of the mouth and belief in the heart is the gateway. Jesus is Lord, risen from the dead, and whoever calls on Him in truth will be saved. It is that simple, and it is that profound.

Yet Scripture also presses us to understand what that confession means now. There is coming a day when every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, but that future acknowledgment will not be for salvation. It will be a forced recognition of what they always knew and refused. The saving confession comes now, willingly, from a heart that submits to His lordship. Do not wait until the truth is undeniable yet no longer able to redeem. Today, in this moment, is the day of salvation. The grace of God that brings rescue from sin has already appeared, and it reaches the lowest and the farthest. Jesus Himself said that anyone who comes to Him He will never cast out.

When someone truly believes, that faith will show itself in a changed direction. Repentance is not just feeling sorry; godly sorrow produces a turning away from sin. It is the sinner who looks at the cross and says, “I have been going my own way, and I now turn from it to follow Christ.” That is why you wisely pointed to the reading of the Gospels. Starting in John, a person sees Jesus as the Word made flesh, full of grace and truth, the One who is the way, the truth, and the life. They see His authority and His mercy, and they learn that to follow Him means to obey His commands, not as a way to earn salvation, but as the natural fruit of a life that has been made new.

Salvation is entirely the work of the Lord. He is its author and its captain. Jesus learned obedience through what He suffered, and He became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey Him. That word “obey” is not a demand for flawless performance before God will accept you; it is the response of a heart that has been gripped by His love. We, too, learn obedience in the trials and sufferings of life, and God uses those things to shape us. But never mistake the order: you are not working for your salvation; you are working out what God has already worked in you, with a holy awe at what He has done. The seed of faith will show itself in actions, just as Abraham’s belief was credited as righteousness and yet was made visible by his obedience.

Let those who are seeking know that the call is simple: confess Jesus as Lord, believe in His resurrection, and turn from sin. Do not trust in family heritage, religious routines, or self-effort. Trust alone in the One who was lifted up for you. And then take up the Scriptures. The reading of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John will bring the person of Christ before their eyes, and especially in John’s account they will hear His voice and see His glory. Encourage them not to delay. The Spirit is speaking, and today is the accepted time. To refuse now, to push it away, is to gamble with an opportunity that may not come again. Let them come while the door is open, while the confession of the mouth can still spring from a believing heart unto eternal life.
