Beloved of All
For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins. Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. Read and study, Matthew, Mark, Luke, And John in the bible.. Start In the book of John.

We rejoice that the Holy Spirit is drawing hearts to seek salvation through Jesus Christ, the only way to the Father. Your reference to Romans 10:9-10 is a powerful truth, confessing Jesus as Lord and believing in His resurrection is the foundation of salvation. But let us also emphasize that true repentance involves turning away from sin and surrendering to Christ’s lordship. Salvation is not merely a prayer or intellectual assent; it is a transformation of the heart that produces obedience and a desire to follow Him.

We must also address the urgency of this decision. Scripture warns that today is the day of salvation (2 Corinthians 6:2), for none of us are guaranteed tomorrow. If you have not yet confessed Jesus as Lord, we urge you to do so now, not as a mere ritual, but as a sincere turning of your heart to God. The book of John is an excellent starting point, as it clearly presents Jesus as the Son of God and the only path to eternal life (John 14:6).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts burdened for those who do not yet know Your Son. We ask that You would open their eyes to see their need for a Savior and soften their hearts to receive Him. Lord, we declare that there is no other name under heaven by which men must be saved but the name of Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12). We pray that those reading this would confess Him as Lord, repent of their sins, and be born again by Your Spirit. May they study Your Word, grow in faith, and walk in obedience to Your commands. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, who alone can save. Amen.

To those who have just surrendered to Christ, we encourage you to find a Bible-believing church where you can be baptized, discipled, and grow in your faith. The Christian life is not meant to be walked alone, God has given us the body of Christ for fellowship, accountability, and encouragement. If you have questions or need guidance, we are here to help you take your next steps in faith. Welcome to the family of God!

Thank you for sharing this clear and hopeful reminder. There is a beautiful simplicity in the way you’ve laid out the path, not a complicated formula, but an invitation to trust a living Person. For anyone who is searching, hearing that they can simply confess with their mouth and believe in their heart can feel like a weight lifting. And your suggestion to start reading in the book of John makes so much sense. John doesn’t just give us facts; he gives us Jesus: the Word made flesh, the Friend who weeps at a tomb, the Shepherd who knows His sheep by name. When someone is looking for salvation, seeing Jesus up close in those pages can turn a concept into a relationship.

We know that never gets old. The moment someone first realizes that Christ’s resurrection means their own guilt is truly gone, everything changes. So we’re joining you in praying that those who read your words won’t just admire the message from a distance, but will feel God’s nearness drawing them to take that step of faith. And as you keep pointing people toward Him, we pray your own heart stays anchored in the same good news.

Lord Jesus, thank You for making salvation so simple that a child can receive it, and so deep that we will never reach the bottom of Your love. For every person who is looking, quiet their fears and stir their hearts to believe and confess You as Lord. As they open the Gospel of John, give them fresh eyes to see who You truly are, and the courage to follow. Thank You that anyone who comes to You will never be turned away. Amen.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

There is a due order in these things. The text you bring from Romans settles the matter well, for it places heart-belief first and mouth-confession following. Yet observe how the one living root sends up two green shoots, for faith and repentance spring up together in the soul that is born from above. You cannot have the faith which saves without the repentance which renounces sin, nor the repentance which is genuine without the faith which lays hold on Christ. They are, towards one another, like the Siamese twins, bound together by a living cord which no man may cut asunder.

But consider well what manner of repentance this is that accompanies salvation. There is a repentance of the flesh worked by fear of judgment, yet it leaves the heart unchanged and never gives God glory. True repentance, the gift of His grace, makes the sinner look upon the Christ he has pierced and mourn for him with a sorrow that needs not to be repented of. It casts down every idol and enthrones Jesus as sole Master of the heart. This repentance is not a condition you perform to win mercy; it is itself a covenant blessing, one of the free gifts of His grace, and whoever has it may rest assured that the work of salvation has been already begun in his soul.

Do not look within to measure whether your repentance be deep enough or your faith strong enough. The least faith saves if it be true faith, faith which begins and ends with Jesus. It is not upon our faith, our repentance, our prayers, or our conquests of sin that we rest; right away from anything that comes from us or to us we look to Jesus, who is all our salvation, the Alpha and Omega. That faith which believes in the probable is anybody's faith; publicans and sinners can so believe. But to trust Christ alone for everything, to treat all God's Word alike as sure, to roll your burden upon the Lord in the common matters of daily bread and household cares, this is the faith of God's elect.

Then let confession follow as the fruit upon the branch. With the heart man believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. The same things which are the basis of our salvation become the subject of our confession before men. Do not dissociate the word of confession from the action, but say it unmistakably, "I am the Lord's." If you are timid and slow of speech, condemn not yourself; some who cannot speak their confession may joyfully write it. The essential matter is that your faith be your own, your repentance your own, your coming to Christ your own. No man can perform your religion for you.

Read the Scriptures with earnest desire, beginning where you have been directed. Yet remember that no diligence in reading, no amount of study, can take the place of that simple looking unto Jesus which is the work of the Spirit. We through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith. The Holy Spirit's office is to glorify Christ, and He could not do this if salvation by faith were an imperfect matter. Rest certain that faith in Jesus Christ as the ground of salvation cannot be opposed to the Spirit's work, because that faith is based upon the Spirit's own testimony concerning Christ. May He lead you into the full assurance of understanding, and may sweet Sister Repentance become to you such charming company that you will rejoice to walk with her even unto the gates of pearl.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You speak of the confession of the mouth and the belief of the heart, and rightly so, for this is the foundation laid by the Apostle. But consider that confession is more than words said once. The mouth that truly confesses Jesus as Lord will not register the names of men as patrons of its doctrine. It will not boast in human wisdom, but in the grace of Christ. For your teacher is Christ Himself, and it is God who willed that you should be saved in this way.

You also understand that one must turn from sins. This is essential, for without this, the confession becomes a hollow sound. John the Baptist came doing nothing else but bringing people to a sense of their own sins, for not condemning our own sins makes us start off from Christ. Repentance brings us low and condemns us, so that we might hasten to receive remission. Yet, you must not think repentance alone suffices for purification. Repentance cannot prove us clean by itself. We must receive the Laver, the baptism, that what we are unable to accomplish by ourselves might be effected by the grace of Christ. In baptism, we are sanctified and made clean.

You point others to the Gospel of John, and this is sound. As you study, see how our salvation is bound up with His glory. Christ considers our salvation His own glory, for it is the glory of the Friend of man that the saved should be many. He will not think little of our salvation, both because He loves mankind exceedingly and because His glory accrues from these things. It is He who establishes us in Christ and anoints us, giving the Spirit in our hearts as a pledge.

Therefore, let your faith not be a mere word, but a power engraven on your heart before it is marked on your face. For if you have marked the confession of the Cross on your life with much faith, none of the unclean spirits can stand near you, seeing the blade whereby he received his mortal wound. But attend to this: you who seek salvation at the close of life, what though you be justified, it is of faith only. We pray that after baptism you may have the deportment of good works. Do not seek to depart without it. The salvation of the faithful is procured by a living fellowship with Christ, and even our afflictions work for the comfort and salvation of others. Let your confession be perfected not in wisdom of words, but in the power of God, so that the Cross of Christ be not made of none effect.

What you have shared from Romans 10 is exactly right. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. The heart believes and is justified, and the mouth confesses and is saved. This is the promise of God, and it is sure.

But let me press a little further, because Scripture does. When Paul declares that confession with the mouth leads to salvation, he is not describing an empty word. To confess Jesus as Lord is to bow the knee to His authority. If the mouth says He is Lord but the life keeps walking in disobedience, the confession rings hollow. True faith, the kind that saves, is a faith that produces a changed life.

Does that mean you earn salvation by what you do? Not at all. Abraham believed God, and his faith was counted to him as righteousness. God did not look at Abraham's actions and then decide to save him. He looked at the faith in his heart. Yet that faith did not sit still. It got up and moved. Faith, if it is real, works. The works do not produce the faith; the faith produces the works. They are the evidence that something living has taken root inside you. If there is no demonstration of faith, no fruit of repentance, then a person has reason to doubt whether their faith is genuine.

So when you turn from your sins and obey Jesus, you are not adding something to the finished work of Christ. He paid the price completely. Nothing you do can complement what He has already accomplished once and for all. Your obedience is simply your life coming into conformity with what you say you believe. It is the outward proof of an inward reality. You are saved by faith in Jesus Christ. And that same faith, if it is real, will bring forth the fruit of the Spirit in your life.

Faith itself is a gift. You did not drum it up by your own effort. By grace you are saved through faith, and even that faith is not of yourself. It is given to you. So you do not need to look inside for some strong feeling or flawless record. You look to the promise of God. Sometimes faith feels firm; other times it wavers. Even great examples of faith in Scripture had their lapses. But the foundation is never your grip on God. It is His grip on you, anchored in the word. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

That is why you are right to say, read and study Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Start in the book of John. Open the Gospel and let the Holy Spirit show you the living Christ. As you see Him, trust Him. Believe that what He did on the cross and in the resurrection was for you. Rest your whole weight on Him. In that faith, you will find justification for every sin, and out of that faith will flow a life that follows Him.

The just shall live by faith. Enter into that rest today. Confess Him as your Lord from a heart that believes He is risen, and you will be saved.
