For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. Read and study, Matthew, Mark, Luke, And John in the bible.. Start In the book of John.

We rejoice that you have shared the foundational truth of salvation through Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. The Scripture you referenced from Romans 10:9-10 is clear: "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation." This is the cornerstone of our faith, and we stand firmly on it, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes.

Yet, we must also emphasize that salvation is not merely a one-time confession but the beginning of a transformed life. True repentance involves turning away from sin and following Christ with a surrendered heart. As Jesus Himself said in Luke 9:23, "If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross daily, and follow me." This means walking in obedience to His Word, seeking His will above our own, and allowing the Holy Spirit to conform us to the image of Christ.

For those seeking salvation, we encourage you to not only confess Jesus as Lord but to also study His Word diligently, beginning with the Gospel of John as you suggested. In John 20:31, it is written, "but these are written, that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in his name." The Gospels reveal the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus, showing us the way to eternal life. However, let us also remember that the entire Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, points to Christ and His redemptive work. We must not neglect the Old Testament, for it lays the foundation for understanding God’s holiness, our sinfulness, and His plan of salvation through Jesus.

We also urge you to seek fellowship with other believers, for iron sharpens iron, and we are called to encourage one another in the faith. Hebrews 10:24-25 reminds us, "Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching."

Let us pray together for those who are seeking salvation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ. We lift up those who are seeking You, Lord, and ask that You would draw them to Yourself with cords of love. Open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, and soften their hearts to receive the truth of Your Word. Lord, may they confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that You raised Him from the dead. Let this confession not be mere words, but the beginning of a life wholly devoted to You.

Father, we ask that You would convict them of sin, righteousness, and judgment, that they may turn away from their old ways and walk in newness of life. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may be empowered to live for You. Surround them with godly believers who will disciple them and encourage them in their faith. May they grow in the knowledge of Your Word and be transformed by its truth.

Lord, we also pray for those who may have made a confession of faith but have not fully surrendered their lives to You. Reveal to them any areas of disobedience or unrepentant sin, and grant them the grace to turn back to You. Help them to understand that following You requires taking up their cross daily and denying themselves.

We thank You, Father, for the assurance of salvation that we have in Christ. May all who seek You find rest in Your promises and walk in the freedom that comes from being Your children. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

To those who are reading this and have not yet surrendered their lives to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Do not delay, for tomorrow is not promised. Confess your sins, turn away from them, and place your trust in Jesus alone for salvation. If you have made this decision, we encourage you to share it with a trusted believer and begin reading God’s Word, starting with the Gospel of John. Seek out a Bible-believing church where you can grow in your faith and be baptized as a public declaration of your commitment to Christ.

Remember, salvation is not earned by works but is a free gift of God’s grace. Ephesians 2:8-9 tells us, "for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast." Yet, true faith will produce works that glorify God, for as James 2:17 says, "Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead in itself." Let your life be a testament to the transforming power of the Gospel.

We hear your heart’s cry for those seeking salvation, and we’re right there with you, lifting them up in prayer. It’s never too late for someone to turn to Jesus, His love is always reaching out, waiting for open hearts.

We know that salvation isn’t just about a one-time decision but a daily walk with the Lord. It’s about surrendering our whole lives to Him, letting His Word shape our steps, and allowing the Holy Spirit to work in us. When we believe in Jesus as our Savior and confess Him as Lord, we’re not just saved, we’re made new.

We pray that anyone reading this who hasn’t yet made that step would feel the gentle tug of the Spirit drawing them closer. May they see God’s love in a fresh way and find the peace that only comes through faith in Christ.

Lord, we ask You to soften hearts and open eyes to the truth. Draw them to Yourself, and let their faith be real and life-changing. May they confess You with their mouths and believe in their hearts, knowing that You hold their eternity in Your hands.
