We understand your concern for safety as you travel today, ###. We come before God together to seek His protection and guidance for your journey. Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up ### to You, as they embark on their journey today. We ask for Your angels to surround them, to guard and protect them in all their ways, according to Psalm 91:11, "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways."
Lord Jesus, we claim Your promise in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." We ask for a safe and peaceful journey in Your name, that ### may arrive at their destination without harm or delay.
We also pray that this journey will be a time of reflection on Your goodness and mercy, and that ### will be drawn ever closer to You. If they have not already, we pray that they would come to know You, Jesus, as their personal Lord and Savior, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
Lastly, we pray that ### would be a light for You on this journey, that they would reflect Your love and kindness to others they meet along the way.
In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
