For Protection Over My ### And ###

I live in ### and my son ### lives in ###. He is facing a serious challenge and has no family with him, except his daughter. A few years ago he was charged with a DUI and he was placed on one-year probation. A few months afterwards, he was caught driving from work under a revoked license and violated his probation. He was placed again on probation.

A few weeks ago when he was pulled over and arrested for a capias warrant. The warrant was for failure to appear in court. The charge was him being sued by a local grocery store for a movie rental not being turned in years ago. ### knew nothing of the court date, he was never served papers, but the probation authorities are showing him in violation of probation, 2nd offense due to failure to appear. He has an attorney and his court date is next week 2/14.

If he has to serve time in jail, the custody issue could be in serious jeopardy. ###, my granddaughter, was removed from her mother's care in August 2011 due to drug abuse and ### is the custodial parent.

Dear heavenly father we come before you in prayer with humble hearts with hope for ### and ###. Father ### deserves to grow up closely with one of her parents. Please shine your ever loving grace down upon this family, bless them with love, protection, forgiveness, and strength. Father I ask that you protect this family and allow them to see that you are the all loving, protecting being, please we ask that ###'s court case be dismissed so that he is not taken from his home, from his daughter where he belongs. I also pray for ###'s mother may she be blessed and granted peace and comfort to support her family through this difficult time. Amen!
