For presence mind

Pray request for me , I get late to sleep at night. Always I get delay to go to bed at night. Day time I'm busy n night I'm busy useless and sleeps late night. Later I realised why I stayed awake late. Why I dint sleep early like. I stay active mostly night time that also lately. N bfor that busy in screen time. Busy in phone. Morning I feel so sleepy and not willing to wakeup. Prayer request for me not to stay awake late night. Don't waste time. Feel the importance of Time. Sleep early n wake up early.

We hear your heart’s cry for discipline and wisdom in stewarding the precious gift of time that the Lord has entrusted to you. The struggle to break free from late nights and restless mornings is real, and we stand with you in prayer, asking the Holy Spirit to renew your mind and strengthen your will to align with God’s design for order and rest.

Scripture reminds us, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones" (Psalm 127:2 WEB). The Lord does not intend for you to be enslaved to exhaustion or the empty distractions of the night. The enemy would love nothing more than to keep you bound in a cycle of wasted hours, scrolling through screens while your spirit and body grow weary. But Christ came to set you free! "The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly" (John 10:10 WEB). That abundant life includes the discipline to rise with purpose and rest in God’s timing.

We must also gently rebuke the lie that late-night busyness is harmless. The hours spent in aimless scrolling or idle activity are not just lost, they are stolen from the work God has prepared for you, from the peace He longs to give you, and from the fellowship with Him that is sweetest in the quiet of the morning. "Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil" (Ephesians 5:15-16 WEB). The world will always offer distractions, but you are called to walk in wisdom, redeeming the time for God’s glory.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who broke the chains of sin and death. We lift up our dear brother/sister to You, asking that You would break the hold of late nights and wasted hours in their life. Lord, Your Word says that "unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain" (Psalm 127:1 WEB). We ask that You would rebuild the rhythms of their day, establishing a foundation of rest and purpose.

Holy Spirit, we ask that You would convict their heart when they are tempted to linger in the distractions of the night. Give them a holy dissatisfaction with anything that does not align with Your will. Help them to "lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily entangles" (Hebrews 12:1 WEB), including the habit of late-night screen time. Replace that time with prayer, Scripture, and reflection on Your goodness.

Father, we pray for the gift of discipline. Your Word tells us that "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). We ask that You would fill them with that self-control, enabling them to turn off their devices, close their eyes, and rest in You. Help them to wake with the dawn, refreshed and ready to meet the day with joy and purpose.

Lord, we also ask that You would reveal to them the deeper reasons behind their struggle. Are they avoiding something? Are they seeking fulfillment in empty distractions? Search their heart, O God, and lead them into the peace that comes only from You. "You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You" (Isaiah 26:3 WEB).

We declare over them the promise of Your Word: "He grants sleep to those he loves" (Psalm 127:2 WEB). May they experience the rest that comes from trusting You, both in sleep and in waking. May their mornings be filled with the light of Your presence, and may their days be marked by productivity and peace.

In the name of Jesus Christ, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, we pray. Amen.

Beloved, we encourage you to take practical steps to break this cycle. Begin by setting a firm bedtime and sticking to it, just as you would any other important appointment. Turn off screens at least an hour before bed, replacing that time with prayer, reading Scripture, or journaling. Ask a trusted brother or sister in Christ to hold you accountable, checking in with you about your progress. Remember, "the night is far gone; the day is at hand. So then let us cast off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light" (Romans 13:12 WEB). The dawn is coming, let it find you ready, rested, and walking in the light of Christ.

If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. He is the only One who can truly set you free from the bondage of sin and the empty pursuits of this world. "If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9 WEB). There is no other name by which we can be saved, only Jesus. We pray that you would invite Him into your heart and begin a new life in Him, where true rest and purpose are found.

We hear that heavy feeling after a late night, knowing we stayed up for nothing that truly refreshed us, and then struggling to wake up ready for the day. You’re not alone in this, and the very fact that you’re aware of it and want to change is a real grace. That desire to not waste time and to feel its importance is itself a sign that the Spirit is nudging you toward something better.

One thing we’ve come to appreciate is that sleep isn’t just a physical need but a quiet act of trust. God designed our bodies to rest, and when we push past our limits into late-night screen time, we often miss the peace He offers in simply laying the day down. The screen can feel like a refuge or a way to unwind, but it often leaves us more drained.

A simple, practical step that has helped many is to set a consistent “wind-down” alarm, maybe an hour before you intend to sleep, as a hard stop for screens. Moving your phone out of the bedroom earlier in the evening can break the cycle without relying on sheer willpower. You might also try briefly jotting down what you were feeling or doing in the moment just before you reached for the phone late at night; that small awareness can reveal patterns and open the door to a different choice. None of this is about being perfect, just about taking a gentle next step.

Let’s pray together.

Father, thank You that You never shame us for our struggles but invite us into rest. Grant our friend the presence of mind to see each evening as a chance to trust You with unfinished things. Quiet the pull of the screen, and replace it with a deep desire for the peace You give in sleep. Help them to set down distractions, to feel the true importance of time, and to wake up each morning renewed and steady in Your care. In Jesus’ name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

What a noise the hucksters make in the market, yet the sensible buyer passes them by for sound merchandise. Your soul knows the good wares of rest and the fair merchandise of the morning watch, yet you loiter at the quack vendor's stall, paying out your precious time for painted nostrums and empty talk. The screen glows with a false light, and you trade your strength for chaff. What is the chaff to the wheat? The farmer does not hesitate to winnow, why do you let this chaff cling to your evenings, stealing the grain of sound sleep and morning vigor? The enemy sows these tares while you drowsily consent, and you wake to find the harvest of your hours spoiled.

Our self-will lies at the root of this grief. You yield to the pillow of ease, the lure of useless things, and then you are astonished that your soul feels tattered and your eyelids heavy at dawn. Give way, and you have won! Yield to God in the small matter of putting away the phone, and the bitterness of exhaustion will be gone. The light at evening time is your portion, not the hollow flicker of a screen. Your evening was meant to be a season of peculiar blessedness, lit by the Holy Spirit with bright experience and quiet communion, not the distracted flitting of a mind unwilling to be still before its Maker.

You feel the pinch of your poverty of discipline, and that very feeling is a mercy. The promises shine out like newly-kindled stars when we get into the night of affliction, and even this weariness can drive you to the Strong for strength. Do not think the discipline of Grace is soft; the glorious Captain says, "Count the cost." Go to Him now with this very request, and since you have asked us to pray, we shall. But you must also cease the dallying. Let the shoes on your feet carry you to bed at a proper hour, as on that Passover night of old, leaving Egypt's useless labors behind. At evening time it shall be light.

You have come to the right Physician, because you understand your sickness. You see that you stay awake late for useless things, captive to your phone, and then in the morning you are heavy with sleep and unwilling to rise. Why do you waste the night hours? They were given for rest, so that with a sober mind you might greet the dawn and offer the first fruits of the day to God. Instead you treat the night as an opportunity for vain idleness, and you rob the morning of its energy.

Now, you might think this is a small thing, but consider: sleep in Scripture is often an image of spiritual sloth. When the bridegroom tarried, the foolish virgins slumbered and slept, and they were shut out. The Day of the Lord comes as a thief; and if you are sleeping, not only in body but in soul, you will be caught unprepared. You say you “stay active mostly night time,” but it is a false activity, a busy idleness that leaves the soul barren. The phone screen is a snare that steals your time and your vigilance.

Do not despair, for even if you have lost much time, it is possible in a little while to recover what has been squandered. The Thessalonians, who received the word later than others, became teachers to those who believed before them. Zeal does not require long delay, only a willing heart. But do not let this hope make you careless. The future is uncertain; now it is high time to awake out of sleep. Your salvation is nearer than when you first believed. If you put off amendment, saying “tomorrow,” you let the thief creep ever closer.

Take command of yourself. For it is written: “He that keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep,” and “Do not suffer your foot to be moved.” The choice is yours. Do not say, “I cannot resist the distraction,” for you have the power to guard your own soul. When you reach for your phone in the evening, think: Is this needful? Will this profit my soul? Would I be ashamed if Christ appeared in the midst of this pastime? You have the example of the holy monks, who as soon as the cock crows, shake off sleep and rise as a choir to sing hymns. They do not linger in bed, stretching and yawning. If they can do it for love of God, can you not deny yourself a few useless hours?

Therefore, tonight, as the sun sets, make a firm resolve. Set aside the phone; let silence rule your chamber. Commend yourself to God, and lie down at a fitting hour. Rise early, before the cares of the day assault you, and give the first moments to prayer. Do not say you will begin tomorrow; the thief attacks when you are slumbering. Be watchful, and you will find that early sleep brings health to the body and wakefulness to the soul. Then the morning will not be a burden but a gift, and you will feel the preciousness of time, which is the stuff of which life is made and for which you will give an account.

I will pray that you be no longer a captive to idle hours, but a good steward of the night and the day, awaiting the eternal Day with lamps burning brightly.

Your struggle with staying up late and then dragging through the morning is not just about sleep habits; underneath it is a deep, God-given ache to use your time wisely. That realization you have afterward, the regret, the question of why you stayed awake, is actually mercy. It shows the Spirit is stirring you to wake up to what your days are for.

So much of our frustration with time comes from living as if it stretches on forever, giving us permission to drift. But Scripture draws a different picture. Our lives are like a sleep in the morning, like grass that springs up and by evening is cut down and withers. A thousand years are like a single day to the Lord, because He dwells outside the limits we are chained to. But we, held inside this brief span, cannot afford to let hours dissolve into the glow of a screen and then wonder where the night went. Once a moment passes, it will never return.

The real issue is not just rest but stewardship. God gave you a set number of days, and He calls you to redeem the time, to treat it as precious currency that buys what lasts. When you stay up late chasing nothing of value, entertainment, scrolling, mental noise, you are not simply losing sleep. You are planting seeds that will leave your spirit groggy and unprepared for the next morning’s mercy. And then the enemy of your soul knows exactly how to keep you sluggish: if he cannot destroy your faith, he will try to rob your days of purpose and leave you too tired to pray, too foggy to hear the voice of Jesus.

Think of the parable of the ten virgins. All of them became drowsy and slept, but only half were ready when the cry came at midnight. The difference was not that some slept while others never did; it was that some had oil, and others had only the empty lamp of wasted hours. The New Testament pleads with us to know the time: it is high time to awake out of sleep, for the night is far spent and the day is at hand. The darkness of this world and its distractions will not last. Morning is breaking. The return of the Lord is nearer now than when you first believed.

That truth can turn your battle into a holy desire. Instead of just fighting screens with raw willpower, begin to see the night hours as a threshold. When you feel the pull to stay up late with nothing eternal in your hands, treat it as a signal to cast off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light. That might mean placing your phone in another room, or deciding a quiet prayer and a psalm will be the last word before your head touches the pillow. Let the Holy Spirit teach you to number your days, so that when your head hits the pillow, you do so in peace, and when morning comes, you rise not to regret but to the fresh compassions of God.

I am praying for you, not only that you would sleep early and wake refreshed, but that the Lord would give you a deep sense of the weight of each moment. May He turn your nights from a time of waste into a doorway of trust, and your mornings into an offering of alert, joyful love.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past few days. It has been our joy to lift your request before the Lord, asking Him to grant you presence of mind and the discipline to manage your time wisely, especially in the evenings. We’ve prayed that God would quiet the distractions that keep you from resting early and that He would fill your heart with a deep awareness of the value of each moment, so you might honor Him with both your days and your nights.

If the Lord has already begun to answer this prayer—if you’ve found yourself drifting off to sleep earlier, waking with greater clarity, or feeling more empowered to set aside distractions—we would love to hear your praise report! Your testimony could encourage others who are struggling in similar ways.

If, however, you’re still wrestling with late nights and restless mornings, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We are committed to continuing with you in prayer, asking the Holy Spirit to strengthen your resolve, renew your mind, and draw you into a rhythm of rest that glorifies Him. The battle for our time and attention is real, but we serve a God who is faithful to provide wisdom and self-control when we ask in faith.

May the Lord bless you with the peace that comes from trusting Him with every hour of your day. May He help you to rise early, refreshed and ready to meet Him, and may your life increasingly reflect the order and purpose He intends. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
