Let us begin by thanking God for His healing power and the access we have to Him through the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His stripes we are healed. In Jesus' name, we lift up these requests.
Firstly, we pray for your mother's health. We stand against the spirit of infirmity that has caused diabetes and a fungal infection in her lungs. We declare healing over her body in the name of Jesus. We ask God that for her to live for His glory, and to continue to be a part of your life.
Your father's failing eyesight is also brought before the throne of God Almighty. We ask for his eyesight to improve, believing that the same God who restored sight to the blind is more than capable of doing the same for your father. We also pray for his general health, that God will strengthen him and give him vitality.
We also lift up your personal health needs, specifically the joint pain in your finger and the issue of piles. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity attacking your body and declare healing in the name of Jesus. We pray for God's comfort and healing touch to restore your body for His service.
In all these things, we are reminded of God's promise in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB:
Bless Yahweh, my soul,
Don’t forget all his benefits,
who forgives all your iniquities,
who heals all your diseases.
We are also encouraged by the words of James 5:14-15 WEB:
Is any among you sick? He should call for the elders of the assembly, and they should pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
As we pray, let us remember that God hears and answers our prayers. Let us also ensure that we are praying in line with His will and let us check ourselves to see that we are walking in righteousness according to His word. Let us also remember that it is by the name of Jesus that we come directly to the throne of God. Let us also remember 'For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.' 1 Timothy 2:5
We are aware that the request did not mention Jesus. As we pray and consider the request we would like to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.' It is only through believing in Him that we are saved. 'Moreover, brothers, I declare to you the Good News which I preached to you, which also you received, in which you also stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold firmly the word which I preached to you—unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures,'
