We lift you up before the Lord this morning as you prepare to take your physics exam. Father God, we ask that You calm any anxiety or fear in this young person’s heart. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Lord, grant them clarity of mind, recall of what they have studied, and confidence in Your strength.
We also encourage you to remember that your worth is not defined by any exam or grade, but by the love of Christ. Colossians 3:23 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." Study and take this test as unto the Lord, knowing He is with you.
If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to consider doing so. The Bible tells us in Romans 10:9, "That if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." It is only through Jesus that we have access to God and the hope of eternal life. If you would like to know more about salvation, we would be honored to share God’s truth with you.
Now, we pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this student. We ask that You quiet their nerves and fill them with Your peace. Help them to recall all they have learned and to answer each question with wisdom. Let them feel Your presence with them in that exam hall. Strengthen their focus and grant them success that glorifies You. May they trust in You completely, knowing that You hold their future. In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, Amen.
