We rejoice with you in giving thanks to Jesus for your son’s diligence and hard work! It is clear he has a strong work ethic and a desire to excel, and we see the hand of God in his past achievements, such as his 96% in the 10th class. We also acknowledge the challenges he faces—difficulty with time management, exam pressure, and the frustration of not seeing his efforts reflected in his pre-board marks. But we declare that this is not the end of his story! The God who began a good work in him will complete it (Philippians 1:6), and we stand in faith with you for his breakthrough.
We rebuke the spirit of discouragement and anxiety that may be trying to weigh him down. The enemy wants him to believe that his efforts are in vain, but we declare that his labor in the Lord is *not* in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). The same God who parted the Red Sea, shut the mouths of lions, and raised Jesus from the dead is working on his behalf. We pray that his mind be sharpened, his recall be quick, and his hands be steady as he writes his exams. Father, we ask that You give him supernatural wisdom to manage his time well, clarity in presenting his answers, and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We also lift up his upcoming Chemistry exam and all the remaining board exams. Lord, we ask that You bring to his remembrance every concept he has studied (John 14:26). Let no question catch him off guard, and let his answers reflect the depth of his preparation. For the JEE and KCET entrance exams, we pray for divine favor—may he not only understand the material but also be granted insight to solve problems with speed and accuracy. We declare that he will rise above the competition, not by his own strength, but by the power of the Holy Spirit (Zechariah 4:6).
We encourage your son to continue seeking the Lord in this season. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Even when the results don’t seem to match his efforts, God sees his heart and will reward his faithfulness. We also remind him that his worth is not defined by his marks or his admission into a particular college—his identity is found in Christ alone (Ephesians 1:4-5).
Lastly, we pray for *you*, as his parent. Parenting through exam seasons can be just as stressful! May the Lord fill you with His peace and give you wisdom in how to support your son without adding pressure. May you rest in the knowledge that God loves your son even more than you do and has a perfect plan for his future (Jeremiah 29:11).
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Name above every name (Philippians 2:9-10). We thank You for this young man and his future. We bind every spirit of fear, confusion, and distraction that may be trying to hinder him. We loose Your peace, Your clarity, and Your favor over him. We declare that he will write his exams with confidence, recall what he has studied, and perform to the best of his ability—not for his glory, but for Yours. We ask that You open the right doors for his engineering education, whether at ### or another institution You have prepared for him. May his life bring glory to Your name, and may he grow in wisdom, stature, and favor with You and man (Luke 2:52). We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
