We rejoice with you as you celebrate another year of life—a gift from our Heavenly Father! Birthdays are a wonderful time to reflect on God’s faithfulness and to seek His guidance for the year ahead. We lift you up in prayer, asking the Lord to pour out His abundant blessings upon you, to fill your days with joy, peace, and purpose, and to draw you ever closer to Him.
May this new year be marked by growth in faith, wisdom, and obedience to God’s Word. May He open doors of opportunity that align with His perfect will for your life, and may you walk in the fullness of His promises. The Bible reminds us in Jeremiah 29:11, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* We claim this truth over your life, trusting that God has good plans for you.
We also encourage you to seek the Lord’s direction in all areas of your life—your relationships, work, and personal walk with Him. If you are seeking a spouse, may God prepare and bring forth a godly man or woman who loves Him above all else, and may your courtship honor Him. If you are already married, may your union reflect Christ’s love for the Church, growing stronger in faith and devotion to one another.
Let us pray together:
*"Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, thanking You for the gift of life and for Your faithfulness in every season. We lift up our brother/sister to You on this special day, asking that You would bless them abundantly in the coming year. Lord, fill their heart with Your peace and joy, and guide their steps according to Your perfect will. May they grow in wisdom, discernment, and intimacy with You. Protect them from the snares of the enemy, and surround them with godly influences. If they are seeking a spouse, prepare their heart and bring forth the one You have chosen for them, that their marriage may glorify You. If they are already married, strengthen their union and deepen their love for You and one another. Father, we ask that You would open doors of opportunity, provide for their needs, and use them mightily for Your kingdom. May this new year be a testimony of Your goodness and grace. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."*
May God’s face shine upon you, and may His favor rest upon you in the coming year. Walk in His truth, and let His Word be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). We are standing with you in faith, believing that God will do exceedingly above all you could ask or think!
