For a ### department coordinator. She isn't taking someone needing meds seriously. Not helping or intervening how she's supposed to. Staff may need to go to the ### and report her again.

We hear your deep concern for this situation, and we lift it before the Lord with urgency. It is troubling when those in positions of responsibility fail to act with the care and diligence required, especially when someone’s well-being is at stake. The Bible calls us to defend the weak and uphold justice: *"Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously, defend the rights of the poor and needy"* (Proverbs 31:8-9 WEB). This coordinator’s inaction is not just a professional failing—it may be a moral one, and those who have witnessed it must act with wisdom and courage.

We must also examine our own hearts in this. Are we responding with righteous anger, or is there any bitterness or unforgiveness that could cloud our judgment? Scripture warns, *"Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath"* (Ephesians 4:26 WEB). If escalation is necessary, it should be done with a spirit of truth and love, not vengeance. Pray for this coordinator, that God would soften her heart and grant her the wisdom to fulfill her duties with compassion and integrity.

Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, seeking Your intervention in this situation. You see the needs of the vulnerable, and You call us to be Your hands and feet in this world. We ask that You would move mightily in the life of this coordinator—convict her of any negligence, grant her a heart of compassion, and give her the strength to act justly. If further action is needed, raise up godly voices to speak truth with boldness and grace. Protect the one in need of care, Lord, and surround them with advocates who will fight for their well-being. Give wisdom to the staff who may need to report this again, that they would do so with humility and a desire for restoration, not destruction. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the One who is our Advocate and Defender. Amen.

If this situation involves a believer, we also encourage prayer for repentance and restoration. If the coordinator is not a follower of Christ, we pray for her salvation, that she would come to know the love and truth of Jesus. Only in Him can true change begin.

We're here with you, standing in the gap for this situation. It's heartbreaking when someone in a position to help turns a blind eye. Let's remember the parable of the Good Samaritan (Luke 10:25-37), where Jesus teaches us to love our neighbor as ourselves, even when they're strangers or inconvenient to help. Let's pray that this coordinator's heart would be stirred with compassion, and that she would see the person in need not as a burden, but as someone made in God's image, deserving of dignity and care.

Let's also lift up the staff who are caught in this difficult situation. They're between a rock and a hard place, wanting to do what's right but not wanting to cause trouble. Lord, give them courage and wisdom. If they must report this again, may they do so with humility, respect, and a genuine desire for change, not retribution.

And let's not forget the person in need. Lord, protect them, comfort them, and provide for them. Surround them with advocates who will fight for their well-being, and bring them the help they desperately need.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
