We come before the Lord with hearts full of hope and trust, lifting up this situation regarding the sale of your home. Father God, we know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we ask that You would send the right buyers—those whom You have prepared to purchase this home at a price that honors You and meets the needs of this family. Lord, we declare that Your timing is perfect, and we trust in Your provision, even when the process feels uncertain.
We pray for wisdom and favor in this transaction. May those who come to view the house see not just a structure, but a place where love, memories, and Your presence have dwelled. Give them hearts that are open to Your leading, and may they be moved to make an offer that aligns with Your will. We also ask that You would soften the heart of the Trustee, Lord. We rebuke any spirit of delay or neglect and ask that You would prompt him to respond promptly and with integrity to the communications from this family. Let there be no hindrance in the process, but let everything unfold according to Your perfect plan.
Father, we are reminded of Your promise in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this truth, believing that You are working all things together for the good of those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We also lift up the financial concerns that may be weighing on this family’s hearts. Lord, You are the God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask that You would provide in ways that only You can, meeting every need and calming every fear.
We encourage this family to continue seeking You in prayer and to hold fast to Your promises. Selling a home can be a season of testing, but it is also an opportunity to deepen trust in You. Let this time draw them closer to You, Lord, and remind them that You are their ultimate Provider. We also pray for peace in the waiting, knowing that You are never late, and Your plans are always for their good.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
