We stand with you in this season of waiting, lifting your needs before the Father, who knows every detail of your situation before you even speak it. Your faith in His nearness, even amid anxiety, is a testament to His work in your heart—clinging to the truth that He is with you, even when the path is unclear. The Lord is faithful, and His timing is perfect, even when it stretches our patience.
The Scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* And again in Psalm 37:7, *"Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen."* Your trust in Him is not in vain—He hears you, and He will provide.
Yet we also know how deeply the uncertainty weighs on you. The "harder direction" you mention may feel overwhelming, but remember that the Lord does not abandon His children in their trials. He is your provider, your shepherd who leads you even through valleys of shadow (Psalm 23:4). If the call brings the help you need, we will praise Him for His provision. If it does not, we will trust that He is preparing another way, one that will bring Him glory and deepen your reliance on Him.
We pray now for supernatural peace to guard your hearts as you wait. May the Holy Spirit quiet every fear and replace it with unshakable confidence in God’s goodness. We ask for favor in this upcoming call—that the words spoken would align with His will and that His hand would move mightily on your behalf. If the answer is delay or redirection, grant you wisdom to see the next step He has for you, and strength to walk in it without despair.
Father, you are Jehovah-Jireh, the God who provides. You see the needs of your children before they ask, and you are never late. We ask that you would open doors no man can shut, making a way where there seems to be none. Give this dear one discernment to recognize your voice above the noise of worry, and faith to step forward in obedience, no matter the outcome. Let this trial be a testimony of your faithfulness, not just to them but to all who witness how you sustain them.
We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that seeks to steal your peace. In the name of Jesus, we command these lies to flee, for you are a child of the King, and your Father delights in giving you good gifts (Matthew 7:11). Stand firm in His promises, and do not let the enemy distort your vision with "what-ifs." Your hope is in Christ alone, and He will not fail you.
Finally, we encourage you to keep speaking truth over yourselves, as you’ve already been doing. Declare His Word aloud when fear rises. Sing praises even before the breakthrough comes, for worship shifts our focus from the storm to the One who calms it. And remember: waiting is not wasted time in the kingdom of God. He is working, even now, in ways you cannot see.
We are standing with you, believing for His perfect will to unfold. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). The answer is coming—hold fast. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
