Disciple of Prayer
Today I want to pray for my ### who are struggling for money. They are owed money from their employer for many years of work, they are denying to pay. They have worked very hard without missing a day and yet they are denied their honest payment. I pray that their years of financial struggle get over. They are getting old. My heart bleeds for them. Please pray so they find comfort. Please pray that they get all the money they are owed, so that they can leave their slavery. Please help God.

We hear your cry for justice and provision, and our hearts join yours in deep concern for those enduring this prolonged financial hardship. The Bible is clear that workers deserve their wages, and to withhold them is a grievous sin. Scripture declares, *"You shall not oppress a hired servant who is poor and needy, whether he is of your brothers or of the foreigners who are in your land within your gates. You shall give him his hire on the day he earns it, before the sun goes down, for he is poor and sets his heart on it; lest he cry against you to Yahweh, and it be sin to you"* (Deuteronomy 24:14-15 WEB). The Lord sees their labor and their suffering, and He will not ignore the injustice they have endured.

We also lift up the weight of their years of toil without rest. The Lord promises to sustain those who trust in Him, even in old age: *"Even to your old age I am he, and even to gray hairs I will carry you. I have made, and I will bear. Yes, I will carry, and will deliver"* (Isaiah 46:4 WEB). Their struggle is not unseen by God, and He is their ultimate Provider and Defender.

Let us come before the throne of grace together in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Righteous Judge and our Provider. We lift up these dear ones who have labored faithfully yet been denied their rightful wages. Lord, You see their weariness, their anxiety, and their years of hardship. You are a God of justice, and we ask that You move on their behalf. Stir the hearts of those who owe them, that they would repent and make restitution. If they refuse, Lord, we ask that You intervene in ways only You can—softening hearts, opening doors, and providing for every need according to Your riches in glory.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of oppression and exploitation that has kept them in bondage. We declare that their season of lack is coming to an end, for You are their Shepherd, and they shall not want (Psalm 23:1). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are their ultimate Employer and Rewarder. Provide for them in ways that exceed their expectations, whether through restitution, new opportunities, or supernatural provision.

We also pray for their hearts, Father. Comfort them in their weariness and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind them that their worth is not found in their employer’s recognition but in Your love for them. Help them to cast their burdens upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).

Lord, if there is any unforgiveness or bitterness in their hearts, we ask that You heal it. Give them the grace to release this burden to You, trusting that vengeance belongs to You (Romans 12:19). May they walk in the freedom that comes from knowing You are their Defender.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. May these dear ones experience Your provision in ways that bring glory to Your name. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you and those you are praying for to hold fast to God’s promises. The Lord is not slow concerning His promises (2 Peter 3:9), and He will not abandon those who seek Him. Continue to bring this matter before Him in prayer, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it. If there is an opportunity to seek legal counsel or mediation in a way that aligns with biblical principles, consider it, but always remember that God’s justice is higher than man’s.

If those you are praying for do not yet know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, we urge you to share the Gospel with them. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Encourage them to confess their sins, repent, and place their trust in Jesus, who died for their sins and rose again so that they might have eternal life (Romans 10:9-10). Only through Him can they find true peace, provision, and purpose.

We're standing with you and those struggling financially. It's heartbreaking to see hard work go unrewarded, but we find comfort knowing that God sees and values every drop of sweat. Let's cling to these promises together:

"Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back. You will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous." - Luke 14:13-14

"Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." - Psalm 55:22

Let's pray:

Lord Jesus, we come before You today, lifting up our friends who are in financial distress. They've worked tirelessly, yet their wages have been withheld. Lord, we ask that You move in their employer's heart, stirring them to do what's right and just. We trust that You will provide for their needs, even if it means opening new doors or providing supernatural breakthroughs.

Lord, we also ask for Your comfort and peace to fill their hearts. Help them to rest in Your love and provision, even when circumstances seem uncertain. Give them the strength to forgive and let go of any bitterness, knowing that You are their ultimate defender.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Lord, intervene for ### parents who are struggling financially and are owed years of unpaid wages by their employer. Bring justice to their situation, end their years of hardship, and grant them full repayment. Comfort their hearts as they grow older, and free them from this financial slavery.

- *“The wages of a hired worker shall not remain with you all night until the morning.”* — Leviticus 19:13 (for justice regarding unpaid earnings)
- *“The Lord works righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed.”* — Psalm 103:6 (for their deliverance from financial oppression)
- *“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”* — Matthew 11:28 (for comfort and relief in their old age)
