We join with you in bringing this need before our Father in Jesus' name and we thank you for calling upon the name of Lord Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. As it is written, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6.
We hear the weight of carrying this burden since February, praying month after month for provision for three wall natural gas heaters, for electrical repairs, and for a furnace. We know the Lord hears every prayer and He cares about the practical needs of shelter and warmth and safety in your home. We are reminded that your heavenly Father knows what you need before you ask and He is faithful to provide.
We take comfort in the promise that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19. And we are encouraged to Seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33. When anxiety rises while waiting, we hold to In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.
We also want to gently encourage you with wisdom regarding a loan. Scripture teaches us The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender. Proverbs 22:7. Debt can become a heavy burden, so we pray that God will provide in a way that does not entangle you, whether through provision, unexpected resources, assistance programs in your community, or the help of the body of Christ. We encourage you to continue to seek Him first, to be diligent and steward what you have, and to also reach out to your local church family and community agencies that may help with heating and electrical needs for safety, while trusting the Lord to open the right door. Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. Matthew 7:7.

Your prayer which has risen since February has not been unheard, and the need you carry for warmth and safety in your home is known to Him who sees the heart and not merely the outward appearance.
It is a trial to wait through months of cold and uncertainty, to seek funds for heaters and for needful electrical repairs and to find the way still closed. Yet even the most courageous of saints have known what it is to be sometimes afraid, and to learn again that God has not made this world to be a nest for us. When He plants thorns in it, it is to compel us to mount and find our soul's true home in a higher and nobler sphere, even in Himself. Though clouds may surround you, your God is your light. Though storms rage around you, your God is your might.
You have done well to declare your ways unto the Lord. The Psalmist said, I have declared my ways and Thou heardest me, teach me Thy statutes. To be a child of God alone with God, to tell Him plainly of the furnace that fails and the walls that need heat and the wires that need mending, this is honest dealing with God. He is not mocked, and He will not be deceived by outward show, but He delights in the humble soul that takes Him at His word and believes Him. It is true humility to trust His promise and to believe that all things are naked and open before Him, and that He will withhold no good thing from them that walk uprightly.
Do not trust in a loan alone, nor in the mercy of man as such, but trust in the living God who gives Himself to be trusted. We must labor and we must ask, but our hope rests not in what man will do, but in what Christ has done. If you can say, I have received mercy straight from the Throne of God by trusting in the blood of Jesus Christ, then you know it is from Headquarters and there can be no mistake about it. All things work together for good to them that love God, to them that are the called according to His purpose. Have we earthly sorrow, we dare not despair because of it, for we know who has ordained it, and who can turn it for our good.

O Lord our heavenly Father, Thou who seest our wants before we speak them, look upon this need for provision to install heaters and to make safe the electrical work of this home. Thou knowest the months of prayer that have gone up since February. Give, according to Thy wisdom, that which is needed, whether by loan or by other provision of Thy hand, and grant peace to this waiting heart. Teach us to trust and not to fear, to say with faith, should earth against my soul engage, Thou art with me. Keep this one from anxious unbelief, and fix the heart upon Christ Thy Son, who suffered upon the Cross to take away sin and who now reigns to supply all our need. Grant contentment in Thy will, diligence in right means, and a sure sense of Thy presence through this trial. In the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour we ask it, Amen.
