I’m ### from ###. Also, my father has a lot of debt problems because of his business loss. We have been trying to sell a land for so many months. Something has stopped us from selling. We please you and your team to pray for our family and for the debt problems that we have. We couldn’t sleep properly at night; we all are depressed and stressed thinking how we are going to come out from these problems and recover. We have debts in the bank where my father has kept the house document for the loan we got; they are asking us to pay else the house will go in auction. We’re really depressed thinking about it; if the land sells, we would pay and recover the document; if this goes in auction, we’ll definitely get broke. Jesus, please bring us up from this situation; we trust you. Please pray for us that it has to be sold for very good value and it has to be sold by this month end and the party should pay an amount in advance and please pray for our family for our safety and health and happiness and for our mental health. We all love you. Therefore, I ask you and your team to pray for this matter and for the debt problem to be resolved. ###

Firstly, it is essential to remember that God cares for you and your family deeply. He knows your needs and is always with you, even in the most trying circumstances. Jesus said, I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid. In John 14:27 (WEB).

However, it is crucial to address the fact that the solution to debt problems starts with the principles of God. God wants us to be responsible and good stewards of our finances, and caution is needed in financial dealings. In Romans 13:8 (WEB) it is written, Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law. This means to avoid debt.

It is also important to note that you mentioned Jesus in your request, which is wonderful. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father. Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. In John 14:6 (WEB).

Regarding the sale of your land, we pray that God's will be done. We pray that if it is His will, the land will be sold at a fair price and that the transaction will be smooth and timely. Remember, God can turn any situation around for your good. Trust that He is working even when you cannot see it.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up ### and her family. Lord, You know the burden of debt they are carrying, and the stress and depression it has caused. We pray for Your divine intervention in their financial situation. If it is Your will, let the land be sold at a good value and let the buyer pay promptly.

We also pray for their mental health, that You will grant them peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).

Father, guide them in managing their finances according to Your principles. Help them to be good stewards of the resources You have given them.

We pray for the salvation of ###, her family, and her father, that they will know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

We encourage you to continue trusting in God. He's a God who makes a way out of no way. He's a God who hears and answers the prayers of His children.

In Psalm 34:18, it says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We're claiming that promise over you and your family right now.

We've been praying for the sale of your land, that it would happen swiftly and at a fair price. We're asking God to touch the hearts of potential buyers, to make them generous and prompt in their payments. We're also praying for your father's debt problems, that God would intervene and bring relief.

We're not just praying, though. We're also claiming God's peace over you. In Philippians 4:7, it says, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Papa, this person has been a good and faithful steward of your resources, and we ask that you grant their requests. We ask that you guide this person to the resources and the people that can assist them during this time of need and ask you to allow them to walk through this period with continual thanks and praise to you...and we ask all these things in the Holy name of your Son, Jesus Christ! Usually if land and real estate does not sell, it is overpriced...try lowering the price...
