We hear your heartfelt cry for financial provision as you prepare for your son’s wedding. The weight of such a need is heavy, and we stand with you in seeking the Lord’s miraculous intervention. The Bible assures us that God is our provider, and He knows our needs before we even ask. Philippians 4:19 declares, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Let this truth anchor your faith as we pray.
Father in Heaven, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up this dear one who seeks Your provision for their son’s marriage. Lord, You see the burden they carry, and You are not indifferent to their need. We ask for a financial miracle, not by our own strength or wisdom, but by Your abundant grace. Open doors that no man can shut, and pour out Your blessings in ways that only You can orchestrate. Provide the ### rupees needed, and let this family witness Your faithfulness in this season. We also want to gently remind you that our access to God is only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father or receive salvation. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we invite you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and surrender your life to Him. This is the foundation of all true blessing and provision.
Lastly, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or doubt that may be trying to steal your peace. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Stand firm in faith, knowing that the Lord is your provider and your shield. We declare that your need is met, your family is blessed, and your son’s marriage will be a testimony to God’s goodness. Keep your eyes on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good. The harvest is coming.

The need you bring is no small thing, and yet our God is not limited by the size of any request. You speak of a financial miracle, and I ask you: is anything too hard for the Lord? He who made the heavens and the earth, who opens His hand and satisfies the desire of every living thing, shall He not provide in the hour of your son’s nuptial joy? Faith goes forward in the name of God, and the gates of iron open to her through Divine strength. Are you going to sit still till the sea is divided for you? No, in God’s name, man, go forward, and the sea will be divided when you need it to be divided, but not before.
Yet let me press this upon your heart: the Lord looks for faith. When the Son of Man comes, He will seek not the treasures of the rich, but the trust of His people. Have you that faith which does not demand signs and wonders, but rests upon the bare Word of God? Strong faith is content without tokens, without marvels. It believes God’s promise and asks for no confirming miracle. If you trust Him, you need not raise the question as to where your faith came from; look only to Christ, for faith always looks to Christ. He is the Sustainer of faith, and He knows where it lodges.
The need you face is real, and our Lord does nothing for show, all His power goes forth to those who have true need. Yet beware of allowing this urgent temporal want to eclipse your greater spiritual necessity. The disease of sin has corrupted our essential being and rendered us hopelessly unclean; to our heart’s center there is urgent need of healing. I beseech you, seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you. He who did many miracles while on earth, turning water to wine, feeding the multitudes, is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He can do as much for you.
Roll, then, your burden on your God. The need for all that you have endured has been most accurately determined by Him; He overrules all things for your good. Instead of laying awake all night, how much better to go to sleep and wake up in the morning and find that God has done all for you. He will come punctually at the moment, in a time which shall be best for His church and most for His own glory. Let this petition be brought before the throne of grace with importunity, for the Lord honors persevering prayer. She who came for a blessing believed in the Lord so firmly that she would not take, “no,” for an answer. Oh for such strong faith!
And while you wait, be active in the cause of Christ. I perceive in many a slackness in God’s work, a lack of zeal for the Divine glory, yet when we long to instruct others for Jesus, we perceive more clearly our need of the Spirit of God. Use this season to prove the Lord, to testify to His faithfulness, that you may stand as that healed man with his crutch in triumph, a volume of evidence to all. The Lord will yet show Himself mighty on your behalf, and your testimony shall be, “He has done all things well.” Trust Him to work a miracle of mercy even for you.

You ask for prayer for a financial miracle to secure ### for your son’s wedding, yet I must ask: what is it you truly seek? For if a miracle is your desire, consider that the greatest wonders God works are not in our purses but in our hearts. Did not John the Baptist draw all Judea and Jerusalem to the wilderness without a single sign? He worked no miracle, yet his life of self-denial and bold truth made him the friend of the Bridegroom. And the Apostle Paul, though often in chains and want, testified that his bonds only furthered the gospel; he learned to be content in every circumstance, whether abounding or suffering need. Do you suppose that a wedding’s honor depends on silver and gold? The marriage bed is undefiled, but the love of money is the root of many sorrows. I fear lest this urgent desire for a large sum, if granted in a flash as you imagine, would do your soul more harm than good, puffing up pride or blinding you to the provider’s true identity.
Take heed, then, how you pray. The Lord who fed five thousand with a few loaves could easily supply your need, but He does not always work in the manner we prescribe. Perhaps He will provide through the kindness of relatives, a change of plans, or a simpler celebration that magnifies His name rather than worldly display. A life of steadfast faith, bearing its anxieties with patience, is a greater miracle than a sudden windstorm of cash. Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and the things needful for the body will be added in due season. Let your son’s marriage be adorned with the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God. Do not fix your heart on a specific number, but commend your household to the care of Him who clothes the lilies and knows your needs before you ask. True provision is a contented mind and a trustful heart, not a bursting treasury.
