We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your son and his business before the throne of grace. Father, we know that You are the God who sees every struggle and hears every cry. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise today, believing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).
Lord, we ask for a financial miracle for this young man who is working so hard to honor You with his labor. We pray that You would open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Give him wisdom in managing his time, resources, and business decisions. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Father, we ask that You would make his path clear, show him where to focus his efforts and where to seek help.
We also lift up the weight of discouragement that may be pressing down on him. Remind him that his worth is not found in his success or failure, but in Christ alone. Psalm 37:23-24 says, "A man’s goings are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way. Though he stumble, he shall not fall, for Yahweh holds him up with his hand." Hold him up, Lord, and let him feel Your presence in this season.
For the parents who are watching their son struggle, we pray for peace and trust in God’s timing. It is not easy to see our children face hardship, but we know that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). Help them to encourage their son with godly wisdom and to point him to You as his ultimate Provider.
We rebuke the spirit of lack and fear that may be trying to take root in this situation. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that this business will thrive, not by might nor by power, but by Your Spirit (Zechariah 4:6). We speak breakthrough, favor, and divine connections over this young man’s life and work.
Lord, we also ask that You would reveal any areas where adjustments may be needed, whether in his business model, his priorities, or his reliance on You. Proverbs 16:3 says, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." May he seek You first in all things, and may his business be a testimony of Your faithfulness.
We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and who is able to do far more than we could ever ask or imagine. Amen.
