Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you on behalf of ###, who is feeling overwhelmed by stress. We lift up their burdens to you, knowing that you are the source of true help and comfort. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 55:22 to cast our burdens upon you, for you will sustain us and never allow the righteous to be moved.
Lord, we ask that you would provide ### with the strength and peace they need in this challenging season. Help them to trust in your unfailing love and to find solace in your presence. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:6-7 that when we bring our requests to you with thanksgiving, your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
We pray that you would grant ### the wisdom to seek healthy ways to manage stress and to lean on you for guidance and support. Surround them with your love and grant them the assurance that you are with them every step of the way.
In the name of Jesus, we ask for your intervention and provision for ###. May they experience your peace that surpasses all understanding and find rest in your loving arms. We trust in your faithfulness and believe that you will provide the help they need.
Thank you, Father, for hearing our prayers and for your unwavering love and care. We commit ### into your hands, knowing that you are able to do exceedingly and abundantly more than we can ask or imagine.

I’m sorry to hear about your situation, friend. I just said a prayer for you. May the Lord work mightily in your circumstances, provide for your needs in a special way, and help you experience His peace and joy as you trust in Him. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this thought from the psalmist: “The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles” (Psalm 34:17).
