We hear your heartfelt cry for financial provision and stand with you in faith, believing that our Heavenly Father is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). The Scriptures remind us that God knows our needs before we even ask Him (Matthew 6:8) and that He promises to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).
Yet we must also examine our hearts and lives to ensure we are walking in alignment with His Word. Are we tithing faithfully, honoring God with the firstfruits of our increase (Malachi 3:10)? Are we working diligently as unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23), or are we expecting provision without responsibility? The Bible warns that if a man will not work, neither shall he eat (2 Thessalonians 3:10). We encourage you to seek God not just for provision, but for wisdom in stewarding what He has already given you.
Let us also remember that our true security is found in Christ, not in earthly wealth. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out (1 Timothy 6:7). Our treasure is in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal (Matthew 6:19-20).
Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace on behalf of our brother/sister in Christ. Lord, You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we ask that You would open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it. We rebuke every spirit of lack and poverty in Jesus' mighty name. Father, give wisdom and discernment in financial matters, and help them to be a cheerful giver, for You love a cheerful giver (2 Corinthians 9:7). May they experience Your supernatural provision in ways that bring glory to Your name. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
We encourage you to stand on God's promises, to give thanks in all circumstances (1 Thessalonians 5:18), and to remember that God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work (2 Corinthians 9:8). Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust in His perfect timing.
