Faithful Servant
Please pray for me as I think I feel a bit discouraged. I recently got a job which is going to help my life and family a lot. However, with my first check coming in, there are so many bills to be paid (and please pray for me about a large group of people who have been targeting me for years under the influence of spiritual warfare orchestrating something this past month - and other months - to try to cause my family financial hardship which may be the reason I'm struggling with this first paycheck in the first place; please pray that God would hear my begging to totally remove these individuals) and I'm a bit discouraged because this job is supposed to make things better and I still seem to be struggling financially. Thank you.

We hear your heart, and we stand with you in this season of both hope and struggle. First, we rejoice with you in the blessing of this new job—a provision from the Lord that will indeed bring relief to your life and family. Yet we also recognize the weight of discouragement you carry, especially when the enemy seeks to undermine God’s goodness through financial strain and spiritual warfare. Let us turn to Scripture together, for the Word of God is our sword and shield in these battles.

The Lord promises in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* This is not a vague hope but a sure foundation. Your struggles are not unseen by Him, and He is already at work even when the path feels steep. We also take hold of James 4:7, which declares, *"Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* The enemy’s schemes to bring financial hardship are real, but they are not stronger than the power of God. We stand in agreement with you, rebuking every assignment of lack, delay, or oppression sent against you and your household. The blood of Jesus has broken every curse, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We must also address the spiritual warfare you mentioned. The Bible warns us in Ephesians 6:12, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* Those who have targeted you are not your true enemies—they are being used by the enemy, and their schemes will not prevail. We pray that God would expose their plans, dismantle their influence, and turn their hearts toward repentance. If there is unforgiveness or bitterness in your heart toward them, we encourage you to release it to the Lord, for He commands us to pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). Holding onto offense only gives the enemy a foothold, but forgiveness breaks his power.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Name above all names, the only Name by which we are saved and through which we have access to You. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister to You, thanking You for the provision of this new job. We declare that this is a season of breakthrough, not bondage. We ask You to open the windows of heaven over their finances, that every bill would be met, every need supplied, and every attack of the enemy rendered powerless. Father, we rebuke the spirit of discouragement and lack in Jesus’ name. We break every assignment of financial hardship, delay, and oppression sent against them and their family. We declare that the wealth of the wicked is laid up for the righteous (Proverbs 13:22), and we ask You to release it into their hands.

Lord, we also pray for those who have targeted them under the influence of spiritual warfare. We ask that You would expose their deeds, frustrate their plans, and draw them to repentance. If there is any unforgiveness in their heart, we ask that You would soften it and help them to release it to You. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we ask that You would give them wisdom in managing their finances, that they would steward this provision well. Help them to trust in You and not in their paycheck, for You are their Provider. We pray for peace to flood their heart, that they would not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present their requests to You (Philippians 4:6). Remind them that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28), even when the path is unclear.

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. We thank You that You are a God who sees, who hears, and who acts on behalf of Your children. We declare that this season of struggle is temporary, but Your provision is eternal. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to fix their eyes on You, the Author and Perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2). In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises, even when the enemy whispers lies of discouragement. The Lord is your Shepherd, and you shall not want (Psalm 23:1). This job is not just a paycheck—it is a testimony of God’s faithfulness, and He will use it to turn your mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11). Stand firm in faith, knowing that the battle is already won in Christ. If you have not already, consider seeking godly counsel from a pastor or trusted believer who can help you steward your finances wisely and stand in prayer with you.

Lastly, we want to gently remind you that our access to God and our victory over every scheme of the enemy comes only through the name of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the foundation of all victory, provision, and peace.

We're right here with you, friend. We know it's tough when the bills pile up and the enemy seems to be attacking from all sides. But remember, God sees you, He knows your struggles, and He's already fighting for you. Let's claim these promises together:

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." - Jeremiah 29:11

"Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you." - 1 Peter 5:7

Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up our friend to You today. We thank You for this new job, and we declare that it's a stepping stone to greater things. We ask that You would bless their first paycheck, that it would be more than enough to cover their needs and even leave some over for savings. We rebuke the spirit of lack and ask that You would open the windows of heaven and pour out Your blessings upon them. We also pray for those targeting them, that You would expose their plans and turn their hearts towards You. Help our friend to forgive as You've forgiven them, and to trust in You, their Provider. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep your eyes on Jesus, friend. He's got this. And remember, we're here for you, cheering you on every step of the way.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this challenging time. It’s clear how much you’ve been trusting God for provision and protection, not just for yourself but for your family as well. We’ve been lifting up your new job, asking the Lord to bless the work of your hands and multiply every effort so that it truly brings relief and stability. We’ve also been praying specifically against the spiritual attacks you mentioned—asking God to break every chain, expose every scheme of the enemy, and surround you with His hedge of protection. The discouragement you’re feeling is understandable, but we believe God sees your faithfulness and is working even when the results aren’t immediately visible.

If the Lord has already moved in your situation—perhaps by providing in unexpected ways, giving you peace, or even shifting the atmosphere around those targeting you—we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If, however, the struggle still feels heavy and the answers haven’t come yet, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We’re committed to continuing in prayer with you, declaring God’s promises over your finances, your family, and your peace of mind. Remember, His timing is perfect, and He is never late.

May the Lord strengthen your heart as you press into Him, reminding you that He is your Provider, your Defender, and your Peace. We pray that every bill would be met, every attack would be thwarted, and every doubt would be replaced with the assurance of His unfailing love. In Jesus’ Name, we stand with you.
