Finances and Protection

Humble Servant of All
Please pray for me ### Heavenly father, my creator I feel like someone is sending dark energy or wishing bad energy on me entirely (finances, household, relationship). I am praying for God's protection against all spiritual attacks. I have lost my job, my housing asst manager is making it hard for me to sign another lease, I got approved for unemployment then a month later when my former finally replied unemployment sided with them and now I owe $1500 I don't have (overpayment). I am praying I get hired at the city/county jobs I applied for and that its not physically taxing on my mental or physical due to my disabilities. I pray that everything turns around for me for the better. In Jesus' name AMEN

We hear your cry for help and stand with you in faith, lifting your burdens to the Lord. First, we want to address the spiritual attack you’re sensing. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." You are not imagining this, spiritual warfare is real, and the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we rebuke every assignment of darkness in Jesus’ mighty name.

Your financial struggles are heavy, and we grieve with you over the injustice of the unemployment overpayment and the challenges with housing. The Lord sees your need and promises in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that He opens doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and provides favor in your job applications. May the city/county positions you’ve applied for become a source of stability and provision, tailored to your abilities and health. We also pray for wisdom in resolving the overpayment, ask the Lord to soften hearts and provide a way where there seems to be no way.

Regarding your housing, we pray for divine intervention. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." If this housing manager is acting unjustly, we ask God to either change their heart or remove the obstacle entirely. You deserve peace and security, and we stand on Psalm 23:1, "Yahweh is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing."

Now, we must gently address the mention of a "relationship" in your prayer. If this refers to a romantic connection outside of marriage, we encourage you to examine whether it aligns with God’s design. Scripture is clear that intimacy belongs within the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman (Hebrews 13:4, Genesis 2:24). If this relationship is causing spiritual or emotional turmoil, we urge you to seek godly counsel and consider whether it’s honoring to the Lord. Your peace and purity matter deeply to Him.

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Name above all names. We lift up to You, declaring that You are her Provider, Protector, and Peace. Lord, we break every curse, hex, or dark assignment sent against her finances, housing, and well-being. We plead the blood of Jesus over her life and declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper. Father, open doors of employment that fit her abilities and health, and let favor surround her like a shield. Provide for the overpayment debt and soften the heart of her housing manager. If there are relationships not aligned with Your Word, reveal Your truth and give her the strength to walk in holiness. Surround her with Your angels, Lord, and let her feel Your presence in every storm. We trust You to turn her situation around for good, for You are faithful. In Jesus’ name, Amen."

You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is your refuge (Psalm 91:2), and we encourage you to cling to His promises. Keep seeking Him, and let His Word be a lamp to your feet (Psalm 119:105). If you need practical help, such as connecting with local churches for financial counseling or job resources, do not hesitate to reach out. God’s people are called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and we are here to support you. Stand firm in faith, for joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5).

What a heavy load you're carrying right now, the lost job, the sudden debt, the housing uncertainty, and on top of it all that uneasy sense that something darker is pressing in. It's no wonder you feel overwhelmed. We hear the weight of it, and we care.

When the practical hits pile up like this, it's common for our hearts to feel like we're under spiritual attack too. Please don't let that fear convince you that God has stepped away. He hasn't. You're still held, still seen, and still prayed for.

Let's take a breath and look at what's right in front of you. For the unemployment overpayment, you might appeal again or request a hardship waiver or payment plan, many offices have those options, and a local legal aid clinic or church benevolence fund may be able to guide you. With the housing manager, a calm written request for clear reasons and a reasonable timeline can sometimes shift the tone; if that feels like too much alone, is there a friend or pastor who could help you draft it? Little steps like these don't fix everything overnight, but they can create breathing room while you wait on the job applications.

And while you wait for those city or county jobs, ones that would honor your physical and mental limits, we stand with you in the in-between. God knows you need work that doesn't break you down further. He also knows you need a safe place to live and a clear sense that He hasn't abandoned you.

Lord Jesus, you see every pressure bearing down on your child right now. Please surround this person with your strong protection, quiet the fears that whisper of evil intent, and remind them that you are mightier than any darkness. Open a door to a job that suits their needs and their health. Bring favor in the housing situation, and provide the ### they owe in your perfect timing. Sustain their body and mind, and plant helpers near them in this season. We ask this in your name, amen.

We look to the finished work of God for hope. That is the cross. That we pray worship and suffer for Christ. That we would believe in him. May Lord Yeshua and Father God make a way for you to live and survive as you continue in faith prayer scriptures and worship. Thank you Father God for my chastity. My sobriety. For my work. And for the future promise of having a wife. Thank you God for taking away from my food and diet what doesn't belong.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The pit is deep, and the shadows seem to gather thick around you, yet mark this, God does not act without good reasons, and His command is, "Deliver him from going down to the Pit." You feel the hot breath of the enemy, a dark energy as you say, but what is that to the shield of the Almighty? You have been miserable before, and you have been delivered. The blast sweeps over the rush that bends, but it does not uproot it. The Lord turned the captivity of Job, not while he sat in self-regard, but when he prayed for his friends. Your trials are not a denial of His love; they are the furnace where the dross is floated off and the silver is taken from the coals. That overpayment, that stubborn manager, the closed doors of employment, these are the north winds and the south winds, yet He keeps the soul from the Pit. You are not tossed about without a purpose: the Tempter strains to extract a rebellious speech from you, as he did with Job, but Christ has prayed for you that your faith fail not. He has found a ransom.

You speak of finances and protection. Remember, evil is not denied you as though you were debarred from pleasure; it is kept from you as a tender parent would keep poison from a child. The loss of goods and health and ease, should it come naked as Job upon the dunghill, cannot rob you of that one treasure the world did not give and cannot take, your soul’s eternal estate in Jesus Christ. What would it profit you to gain the city job, to sign the lease, to clear the debt, if through it you forfeited peace with God? But you have not done so. You cry out from the ashes, and that is well, for then your eye shall see Him. You may feel disgusted with your own weaknesses, Job himself said, "I abhor myself", but this is not the end. Freshness shall return. The glory that was fresh in you shall be renewed by the Spirit, and you shall go from strength to strength. Your very disabilities, which now worry you about future labor, are known to Him who fashions the heart. He will not lay upon you more than He gives grace to bear, and He may grant you a vocation that is not a grinding yoke but a place of service.

As for those who have wronged you in the unemployment matter, overcome their evil with good. It is natural to recompense evil for evil, but the Christian method is to bless. This preserves your own soul from bitterness. Let the venom they may have sent fall harmlessly, because you answer it with reliance upon the Righteous Judge. And do not neglect the mystery Job discovered: intercession. Pray for that former employer, pray for the housing manager. When you plead for others, the Lord turns your own captivity. Your weakness will not make the prayer miscarry if it is dropped into the ground with hope in the promise. Our longest sorrows have a bottom, and there is a shore to these deep waters. You shall not much longer be tossed about. Christ has not forgotten you. He was chastened upon the tree for you; He knows pain upon His bed of death. Therefore look up, not with a light and careless eye, but with childlike confidence even when He seems to frown. The time of deliverance is near.

The trials pressing upon you now are not signs of God’s absence but the very arena where His strength is perfected in your weakness. When the enemy stirs up financial ruin, housing insecurity, and the anxiety of debt, his aim is never merely to strip you of material things. What he truly hunts for is far more precious: a word of complaint against the Lord, a curse born of despair. Remember blessed Job. He lost everything, children, wealth, health, yet he did not sin with his lips. When his own wife urged him to speak against God, he refused, calling her counsel foolish. That is the spirit to cling to. The dark energy you feel is powerless unless you hand it the victory by abandoning thankfulness.

The overpayment you owe, the manager blocking your lease, the former employer’s reply that overturned your unemployment, these are like the raiders who carried off Job’s camels and herds. They are not ultimate losses unless you let them poison your soul. Give thanks in the midst of them. Not because the loss is good, but because the God who permitted it is working a far deeper good. When you thank Him and pray for those who have wronged you, you turn each setback into a gain that the world cannot measure. If instead you curse or despair, you suffer the same outward trouble but forfeit the reward that patient endurance brings.

You pray for a job with the city or county, one suited to your disabilities. It is right to ask for your daily bread, but do not fix your hope there. The Savior who fed thousands with a few loaves warned against seeking Him only for the bread that perishes. The things of this world, money, housing, physical ease, are but appendages. Seek first the Kingdom, love the great gifts of forgiveness, holiness, and communion with Christ, and these smaller things will be added as your Father sees best. Even if they are delayed or denied, you remain rich. No one can steal that treasure.

Do not mistake the nature of Christ’s protection. He does not promise a path free of stones, but He does promise that no accusing voice, no curse of the law, can stand against you. For He became a curse for us, hanging on the tree, to redeem us from every curse. So when you feel dark energy aimed at your household and relationships, stand on that truth. The curse has been exhausted on Him; what remains for you is blessing. The enemy may whisper lies, but he cannot reverse what the blood of Christ has sealed.

Bear all these hardships as for Christ’s sake. When you are falsely dealt with or burdened beyond your strength, when you pray for those who make your way difficult, you participate in His suffering. That is not a path to defeat but to glory. Train your soul now in freedom from despondency, as Job did before his calamities struck. Then, when the storm hits, your house will stand. You ask for everything to turn around for the better. It will, but that better may first be an inward transformation that outshines any earthly reversal.
