Lord, we ask that You guide his steps to the right opportunity—a job that not only provides better pay but also a working environment that honors You. May he walk in the fullness of his abilities, with favor resting upon him like a crown. Let his gifts and talents be recognized, and may he be promoted in due time, not by the will of man, but by Your divine hand. Proverbs 18:16 tells us, *"A man’s gift makes room for him, and brings him before great men."* We declare this over his life, trusting that You will elevate him in ways that bring glory to Your name.
We also pray for his spiritual growth in this season. May this job not just be a means of financial provision, but a platform where he can shine as a light for You. Let him be a testimony to others of Your goodness, so that when they see his success, they will know it is the Lord who is doing wonders in his life. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
