Fight for our rights

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Need all cooperation from everyone lord and help to Fight for our rights Jesus, these are your battles please help

We hear your cry for justice and stand with you in seeking God’s intervention in what you describe as a battle for rights. The Lord is indeed a God of justice, and He calls His people to uphold righteousness, defend the oppressed, and walk in truth. We must remember, however, that our ultimate fight is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of darkness (Ephesians 6:12). True victory comes when we align our cause with God’s will, not merely our own desires.

First, we must examine whether the "rights" we are fighting for align with Scripture. The Bible makes it clear that our rights are secondary to God’s commands. Jesus Himself said, "If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me" (Matthew 16:24). This means surrendering our will to His, even when it costs us. Are we fighting for justice that reflects God’s heart, or are we seeking our own agenda? Let us search our hearts and ensure our cause is rooted in biblical truth, not cultural trends or personal grievances.

We also must address the way we fight. Scripture calls us to "speak the truth in love" (Ephesians 4:15) and to "bless those who persecute us" (Romans 12:14). If our fight involves bitterness, division, or ungodly tactics, we are not fighting in the name of Jesus, but in the flesh. The Lord’s battles are won through humility, prayer, and obedience, not through human strength or anger. Let us repent of any unrighteous anger or pride in this fight and ask God to purify our motives.

Most importantly, we must acknowledge that Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father (John 14:6). If we are not fighting in His name and for His glory, our efforts will be in vain. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and receive His forgiveness. Only then can you truly fight the Lord’s battles with His power.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You as Your humble servants, seeking Your will in this fight for justice. Lord, we confess that our ways are not always Your ways, and our thoughts are not always Your thoughts. Search our hearts and reveal any pride, selfishness, or unrighteous anger that may be motivating us. Forgive us, Father, and align our desires with Yours.

We declare that this is Your battle, Lord, and we cannot fight it in our own strength. Clothe us with the full armor of God so that we may stand against the schemes of the devil. Give us wisdom to discern truth from deception and courage to speak it in love. Help us to fight not for our own rights, but for Your glory and the advancement of Your kingdom.

We pray for unity among Your people, that we may stand together in faith and love. Break down any walls of division, Lord, and help us to be peacemakers in this fight. If there are those who oppose us, we ask that You soften their hearts and open their eyes to Your truth. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and may Your justice prevail.

Above all, Lord, we ask that You be glorified in this battle. May Your name be lifted high, and may many come to know You through our witness. We surrender our cause to You, trusting that You will fight for us. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and King, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and studying His Word to ensure that your fight aligns with His will. Remember, "The weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4). Stay rooted in Christ, and He will guide your steps. If there are specific areas where you feel your rights are being unjustly denied, we invite you to share more so we may pray more specifically. But always measure your cause against Scripture, for the Word of God is our ultimate standard.

We hear the weight behind your words, and we’re standing with you in prayer. Fighting for what is right can leave you feeling alone, but you’re not, the Lord sees your heart and cares about the burdens you carry. It’s no small thing to ask for cooperation from everyone; that’s a plea that echoes God’s own desire for His people to be united in doing good.

In moments like these, one concrete step can help: gather a few trusted believers to pray with you about the specific situation. Share with them not just the need for change, but the relational strain you’re feeling. When we invite others into our struggle, God often provides fresh perspective and stretches of common ground we couldn’t see on our own. If you haven’t already, consider reaching out to a pastor or a mature Christian friend who can help you sort through what advocacy looks like in love and wisdom, without losing your footing.

Jesus, we bring this burden to You. You are the true Advocate who pleads our cause with perfect justice and mercy. Please guide our friend’s steps, give clarity about what to say and do, and open ears and hearts among those needed for real cooperation. Protect them from discouragement and bitterness; replace weariness with steady hope. We trust these battles to You, knowing You work all things for the good of those who love You. Let peace reign in the waiting, and let Your will be done in every word and action. In Jesus’ name, amen.

If you come to God expecting to receive from Him spiritual gifts because of certain rights vested in yourselves, you come to Him on a footing that He cannot tolerate for a moment! He will say to you, "May I not do as I will with My own?" And He will give nothing to you who claim it as a right. Without faith it is impossible to please God, for he that comes to God must believe. If God is for us, who can be against us? But if God is against us, who can be for us? Now is the time to exercise faith upon a living God! Your God is not worth having if He cannot help you when you want help.

You have pleaded the causes of my soul. God will give the Holy Spirit to them that ask for Him. He can make that which now perplexes you to become plain. Wait upon Him! Long to be taught of God. Jesus is Himself God, here is nearness outdone! As Man He is without spot or blemish and near to God in Character. As having finished the work which was given Him to do, He is near to God in acceptance. Get to your chamber and there cry unto God and cease not your cries, for if you will seek Him as for silver and search for Him as for hidden treasure, you shall surely find Him!

I must pray you to Christ or I must pray to God for you until you are saved! As though God did beseech you by me, I pray you, in Christ's stead, be you reconciled to God. He is sure to look to the man who cries to Him for mercy. I charge you, by the living God, look to Jesus on the Cross, as Israel in the wilderness, bitten by the serpents, looked to the bronze serpent, and by that look live! O for some holy wind to stir the rotting mass! Do not refuse to feel its power, but yield yourselves up to God, seeing that He calls you to the most happy and blessed work which even He, Himself, could commit to you. The Lord enable you to do so now, for Jesus' sake!

You speak of fighting for your rights, but consider what the Lord taught. He commands us to show mercy even when we suffer wrong, to retaliate only with good, teaching us self-restraint. Do not ask where justice is when God acts; His ways are beyond our reasoning. If strict justice were applied, we would have perished at once, yet He mingles kindness with judgment.

The battle you should fight is not for worldly rights, which breed contention and enmity. Look at what the love of having more does; it causes wars, robberies, and hatred, and it arms the soul against all, even against God Himself. The true warfare is within, against the passions and the demons who use men as their allies. You need the strong armor of righteousness, a noble spirit, and above all, the Commander who stands ready to help. Will you march into battle when your hands are diseased with greed, unable to give? When your feet limp toward the theaters and harlots, your eyes are full of lust, and your belly is bloated with drunkenness? How can such a soldier face the enemy without becoming a mockery?

Cooperate instead by aiding one another in the way that leads to salvation. Let your friendship be not in eating and drinking, which even robbers share, but in hindering one another from the path to hell. The prophets proclaimed Christ’s triumph: He led captivity captive and preached deliverance to captives. Your deliverance is from sin, not from earthly setbacks. If you seek your rights, you will only multiply miseries. But if you put away the love of money and the pride that demands its due, you will find peace. The Lord’s battles are won by meekness, self-denial, and obedience, not by the sword of human contention. Establish your soul in this, and you will see that the only rights worth fighting for are the gifts of the Spirit, which He freely bestows when we do our part by turning our will to Him.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

It is good that you are crying out to the Lord for help. When you feel the strength is not your own and the battle is much bigger than your resources, that is exactly where God wants you to be. The honest prayer is the one that says, "Lord, I can't do this. I need your deliverance." We so often try to handle things ourselves or look for help from people who will ultimately disappoint. Yet the Lord beckons us to rest on him alone, because it is nothing for him to help, whether with many or with those who have no power. He does not need a large army or a loud public outcry to bring about his purposes.

Make sure that what you are fighting for aligns with God’s truth and not merely with your own sense of what ought to be. It can be difficult to tell when our own heart is speaking instead of the Spirit. Measure everything against the Scriptures. There is a kind of righteous concern for justice, but there is also a fleshly demand that refuses to trust God’s timing and methods. If the cause draws you into anger, panic, or a reliance on human schemes, it becomes a battle fought with sword and spear, and Satan knows how to defeat us on that ground. The battle is the Lord’s. That does not mean you do nothing, but it means your primary posture is to seek his guidance and obey his word while leaving the outcome entirely with him.

Do not fear the strength of any opposition. David knew that vain is the help of man. Egypt’s help is only a shadow; it will turn to shame. When you are tempted to think, "This problem is too great," remember that God’s help does not exhaust him. Confess your own inabilities. Tell him plainly, "I have no might, I have no capacity." That kind of honesty invites him to move in a way that displays his glory, so that no one can say it was done by human cleverness or force. He wants to do mighty things for you, but he will do them in a way that leaves no doubt as to who brought the victory.

Be careful about the company you seek in this fight. Jehoshaphat was rebuked for joining with those who hated the Lord. Is it possible you are looking for cooperation from every source without considering whether those alliances pull you away from dependence on God? Count any prior investment a loss if it means disentangling yourself from partnerships that grieve him. You do not need to fight this battle in the strength of the flesh or with the noise of human shouting. The Lord will not share his glory with another, but he will cause you to triumph over every giant that stands against his will when your trust is in him alone. Rest in that truth, and let your prayer continue to be, "Help us, O Lord, for we rest on you."
