feeling sick and stuff

Hi I am feeling sick this started when I water fasted this water fasting made my brain feel sick and disassociate and it also slowed down my bowel movement therefore I am not getting sleep as well I also have voices problem I tried curing that by listening to the Bible but that did not work the voices cause my stomach fullness and heart racing also how can I fix the disassociate from water fasting my brain is being damaged and slow bowel movement and there is no sleep to please pray for ### and anyone know how to fix this tell me.
