We are truly sorry to hear that you are feeling unwell. Let us turn to God's Word for comfort and guidance in this time of need. In Matthew 4:4, it is written, "But he answered, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God." While physical nourishment is important, it is even more crucial to be fed spiritually by the Word of God.
However, we want to address that your body is a temple, purchased by the blood of Jesus Christ. You need to take care of it as it is not yours, but it is on loan. You can fast, but not if it is making you sick. In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, it is written, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
Let us pray for your healing and strength. Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is feeling ill. We pray for Your healing touch upon their body, especially for the persistent headaches they are experiencing. We now rebuke the enemy and declare them unacceptable. Provide them with the strength they need to overcome this illness. We pray for no sickness or disease to live in their body. Give them a desire to eat the right things and the ability to sustain their health. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue meditating on God's Word and to take care of your physical health as well. Remember, it is not only acceptable but also important to seek medical help when needed, for Luke 5:31 says, "Jesus answered them, Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do."
Lastly, we want to gently remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is power in the name of Jesus, and it is by His name that we are saved. If you have not already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. Believe in Him, and you shall be saved.
