We understand that you're facing a mix of emotions and challenges right now, and we're here to support you in prayer and truth according to the scriptures.
Firstly, let's address the fear that your granddaughter is experiencing. It's natural to feel anxious when facing new situations, but we can find comfort in the words of Isaiah 41:10, "Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand." We pray that your granddaughter's heart will be filled with the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding in Jesus name. We ask that she will feel at home in your new church, making new friends and growing in her faith.
Regarding your husband, we must address this situation delicately but firmly. Adultery is clearly against God's will and the marriage covenant. As the scripture says, "Marriage is to be held in honor among all, and the marriage bed is to be undefiled; for fornicators and adulterers God will judge." - Hebrews 13:4
We pray that if your husband is involved in adultery, that it will be brought into the light and that he will repent and turn away from this sin. We ask God to forgive him and to heal your marriage, redeeming what the locusts have eaten. We also pray that if there are any children born from these adulterous relationships, that they too will be brought into the light and cared for in a manner pleasing to God. It is a terrible sin to abandon them and be silent about them. This is why the scripture says, "He who covers his sins will not prosper, But whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy." - Proverbs 28:13
Finally, we want to commend you for ending your request 'In Jesus name. Amen." It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and that our prayers are heard. As Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." - John 14:6
As you embark on this new journey in your church, we pray that God will give you a spirit of discernment, to know if this is the place where He wants you and your family to worship and grow. We ask that you will be encouraged and built up in your faith as you seek God's will for your life and your family's in Jesus name.
"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." - Proverbs 3:5-6
