Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and for sharing this update with us. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer concerning your fear and anxiety. We rejoice with you that God has eased your anxiety and that you are feeling His peace and we give thanks to God for His comfort and mercy toward you.
We continue to bring you before the Lord as you walk through forgiveness toward your mother. We pray that He will give you wisdom and strength to forgive as we have been forgiven, as we are taught in Eph 4:32 and Col 3:13, while also understanding that forgiveness does not always mean reconciliation or restored trust. We pray that God will help you set healthy boundaries according to His wisdom and guard your heart, and that He will guide you as you keep distance as you feel is best, remembering the call in Rom 12:18 to live at peace with everyone as far as it depends on us. We pray that He will continue to guard your heart and mind with His peace that passes all understanding as promised in Phil 4:7 and keep you in perfect peace as you trust in Him according to Isa 26:3.
If your request has been answered and you continue to experience His peace, please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you. If you still find yourself struggling with fear and anxiety or with the burden of this family relationship, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.
May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus Name, Amen.
