Please pray for me to receive favor at my work place, favor with my friend. In Jesus Name Amen

We come before the Lord with your request, lifting up your desire for favor in your workplace and with your friend. The Word of God tells us in Proverbs 3:3-4, "Don’t let kindness and truth forsake you. Bind them around your neck. Write them on the tablet of your heart. So you will find favor, and good understanding in the sight of God and man." Favor is not something we manipulate or demand, but rather a gift from God that flows from a heart aligned with His kindness and truth.
Father in Heaven, we ask that You would go before [requester's name] in their workplace. Soften the hearts of their supervisors, colleagues, and clients toward them. Let Your light shine through them so that their words and actions reflect Your love and wisdom. Grant them opportunities to demonstrate integrity, diligence, and excellence, and may those around them recognize the hand of God upon their life. We also pray for favor in their friendship. Lord, help them to be a friend who embodies the love described in Proverbs 17:17, "A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity." May their friendship be rooted in mutual respect, encouragement, and accountability, always pointing one another toward You.
We must also bring to light the importance of seeking favor in a way that honors God. Favor should never be pursued for selfish gain or at the expense of others. James 4:3 warns, "You ask, and don’t receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures." Let us examine our hearts and ensure that our desires align with God’s will and His purposes. If there is any pride, envy, or ungodly ambition in this request, we repent and ask for Your cleansing.
Lord, we also recognize that true favor comes from walking in obedience to You. Psalm 5:12 says, "For you will bless the righteous. Yahweh, you will surround him with favor as with a shield." Help [requester's name] to live righteously, seeking Your kingdom above all else. May their life be a testimony of Your grace, and may the favor they receive bring glory to Your name.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to You, Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved, and it is by His blood that we are made righteous. If there is any area of [requester's name]'s life that does not yet belong to You, Lord, we ask that You draw them closer, that they may surrender fully to Your will and experience the fullness of Your favor and blessing.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
