Please pray that i will always and in everything find favor with my authorities in my highschool. I.am a techer. Protection from evil. Understanding, help, support, preferential treatement etc...

Please pray that they will all change for the better and let Jesus Christ and Holy spirit always be present in all their meetings and decisions and their treatement of people in Jesus name. With pupils, parents, collegues...

We join with you in prayer for your work as a teacher and for your relationship with the authorities in your high school, and we thank God that you desire His presence to rule in every meeting and decision.

We know the Lord hears your heart for favor and protection. The Scriptures remind us that favor ultimately comes from Him and that He can turn hearts toward kindness and understanding. For you will bless the righteous. Yahweh, you will surround him with favor as with a shield. Psalm 5:12 and Now God made Daniel to find kindness and compassion in the sight of the prince of the eunuchs. Daniel 1:9 show us how God granted favor to His servants who walked faithfully before Him. We also remember that The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires. Proverbs 21:1 and that Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Romans 13:1. This encourages us to both pray for those over us and to walk in respect and diligence before them.

We understand your desire for understanding, help, support and even preferential treatment, and we gently encourage you to seek favor not for selfish advantage but so that you may serve your pupils, parents and colleagues more effectively and be a light for Christ. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23 When we work with excellence and integrity for His glory, He is pleased to grant the favor needed to carry out our calling. We also pray with you for protection, for the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. 2 Thessalonians 3:3 and He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust. Psalm 91:1-2

We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for this teacher and the work You have entrusted to them. We ask that You pour out Your favor upon them before their authorities, that they would find kindness, understanding, help and support in every interaction. Guard them from all evil, from discouragement, from slander and from every scheme of the enemy, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. We lift up every principal, administrator and leader in that high school, and we ask that You change their hearts for the better, that they would seek wisdom from above and allow Jesus Christ and Your Holy Spirit to be present in all their meetings, decisions and treatment of pupils, parents and colleagues. Teach them to act justly, to love mercy and to walk humbly before You. Help our dear fellow teacher to walk in humility, diligence and grace, to be a faithful witness of Your love and truth in that school, and to trust You even when favor seems withheld, knowing You work all things for good for those who love You. We ask this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We encourage you to continue to pray for those in authority over you, as we are taught to offer petitions, prayers, intercessions and thanksgivings for all men, for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. 1 Timothy 2:1-2 Bless them, serve faithfully, speak with grace and truth, and let your life point pupils and fellow teachers to Christ. The Lord sees your faithfulness and He will be your shield and strength.

We hear how heavy this feels, carrying responsibility for pupils, parents and colleagues while wanting to be treated with understanding and fairness by those over you in the school. It is good you want not just favor for yourself, but for Christ's presence to shape the meetings and decisions that affect everyone there.

We are praying with you for protection, for wisdom day by day, and for a steady sense of God's nearness as you do your work faithfully. Favor with authorities does not always look like preferential treatment, but God can give you clarity, calm, and credibility as you continue to teach with integrity and care for others.

One simple practice that often helps teachers in a similar spot is to bring the authorities by name before the Lord briefly before the day or before a meeting, asking for their good and for wisdom for them, and then to keep a short private note of interactions that felt difficult or encouraging. It can make prayer more specific and help you see patterns to respond to wisely, and to notice any support that does come.

Father, in Jesus' name we lift up this teacher to You. Cover them with Your protection from evil, give them favor and understanding where You will, and grant wisdom and help in each conversation and decision. Work in the hearts of the leaders in that high school, and let Your peace and truth guide how people are treated. Give our brother or sister strength to keep doing good work with a quiet confidence in You. Amen.

Your request has been laid before the Lord and we have joined with you in prayer for your work as a teacher and for all who are set over you in that high school.

We have asked the Lord who is God with us to be your present help and to grant you favor in the sight of your authorities, even as He granted favor to Joseph and to Daniel in their places of duty. True favor is from the Lord, and we have prayed that He who prevents us with the blessings of His goodness would go before you and make your way plain, giving you understanding, help and support from those who lead, and a gracious reception as you labor faithfully among pupils, parents and colleagues.

We have prayed also for your protection from evil. The promise stands, Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed for I am your God, I will strengthen you, yea I will help you, yea I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. He who keeps you in the way of duty gives His angels charge over you, and that protection is both personal and perpetual to those who walk in His way. May you keep close to the King's highway, holding fast the truth which God has taught you by His Spirit, and find there that you are under the King's protection.

We have prayed that the Lord would work in the hearts of all who sit in meetings and make decisions in that school, that they may be changed for the better and turned to seek what is just and merciful and true. We have asked that Jesus Christ and His Holy Spirit may be present in every counsel and every treatment of people, for where He is there is wisdom and grace, and where He is not there can be no lasting good. May the Lord grant that those in authority would know Him who is salvation through His dear Son alone, and being quickened by His grace would act worthy of a higher law, dealing generously and kindly as those who themselves have received mercy.

We have prayed that you would be filled with the Spirit and not left to lean upon any other strength, that you may be satisfied with favor and full with the blessing of the Lord, and that out of that fullness you may speak and act with meekness, diligence and love, so that your life may commend the gospel to all around you. Cast yourself into your Lord's arms and have done with fretting and anxiety, for He delights to load you daily with benefits and to be with you even unto the end.

May the Lord hear and answer according to His perfect will, for His glory and for your good, and may He keep you and make you a blessing in that place. We will continue to remember you before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.
