Please pray about this: our family doctor is unable to take my father's insurance due to the insurance company being upset that our doctor was previously part of a group practice that shut down abruptly so they don't want to cover him anymore (I'm going to call now and ask if anything has changed since months ago when we found this out). My dad refused to change his insurance when we found this out (he doesn't like change when it comes to things like that) so he was no longer able to go to our family doctor. I was so upset about this because our family doctor is a really good one and my dad has hypertension which needs to be monitored properly. My dad needs to look for a doctor but I don't think he has yet.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your father’s health and this difficult situation with his medical care. Father, we also pray for the insurance company—that You would soften hearts and bring resolution to this conflict so that he may return to the doctor he trusts.
We understand the frustration and fear that comes with change, especially when it involves something as vital as healthcare.
