Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is seeking your forgiveness and mercy. Lord, we ask that you would forgive any actions or words that have caused you anger or displeasure. We acknowledge that we are imperfect and in need of your grace and forgiveness.

We lift up this prayer request to you, knowing that you hear our prayers according to your will. We stand on the promise in 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us, and we have the petitions we have asked of you.
