Father, in your son's name i thank you for this job! I praise you for helping me through my highest level of studies. I am back at work in this place full of condemnation and bellittering barriers and my confidence is low. I tried to service the clinical and find my young evil higher status collegues bad mouthing me and people withdrawing support and I find myself unable to do or contribute.. I attend the ward round and disapperaed feeling thoroughly useless , skillless and hopeless.

Father IF you hear me, i seek your mercy for all the skills and abilities and confidence and support i need to be fruitful at work. I ask for favours above my enemies hard at work. i am alone surrounded by 8 power crazy dictatorial napolenas.

Father if you hear me , lift me up above them for nothing is impossible with you. Empower me with the skills, authority, favours and divine aids i need. grant me full complete health and stability at home too. do not let this stress persist anymore and stop the flowing into my life and into my children's life .

Father if you hear me, i pled for divine favours, shine your face upon me and direct my work effort, draw in real powerful helpers -more powerful than my powerful young arrogant collegues and their gangwork.

Father if you hear me.... touch me and open the flood gate of skills, kindness, confidence, joy into me. In jesus name AMen

I pray that if it is Your will this person continue in this position that You would provide them with whatever skills and confidence and learning ability they need to do it with excellence. Please help them to understand they only need to please You. You are their #1 boss and if they are doing all they should be for You, they need not worry about the unkindness or unfair judgments by others. Lord I pray You help this person to honor You with every thought and action both at work and at home. In Jesus' name, Amen.
