Father, Help

Your prayer rises as a true cry of the heart, and God hears every word, even when all you can utter is “Help.” The desperation you feel is not a sign of weakness but an open door for His strength. He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

One of the most important things you can do right now is recognize what is really happening. This is not merely a human conflict or a legal battle. It is a spiritual attack against your family. The enemy hates what God loves, and he comes to steal, kill, and destroy. But once you see that clearly, you can stop fighting flesh with flesh and take up the weapons God has given you, prayer, the living Word, and the authority of Jesus Christ. These are mighty through God to pull down strongholds.

You mentioned remorse for times you have not handled this well. Bring that to the cross and receive His full forgiveness. Do not let the enemy use past guilt to weaken you now. You are forgiven, and you can walk in that freedom today. Instead of reacting in the flesh, stand firmly on the spiritual ground that belongs to you as a child of God.

When you fix your eyes on the threats and on those who oppose you, fear grows. The cure is to remember the Lord. Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. Call to mind His faithfulness, His promises, His power. He who did not spare His own Son will surely guard your home and your child. Let your heart be steadied by the truth that He is your refuge, not by the shifting circumstances around you.

Keep praying, as you are doing. Cry out without ceasing. And like those rebuilding the wall long ago, take practical steps to protect your family, setting a watch while you trust God to do what only He can do. As you intercede for that other person to have a blinding awakening like Paul, remember that God alone can open eyes and turn a will. Stay faithful in prayer, but release the results and the timing into His hands.

Sometimes God allows us to come to the end of our own resources so that we finally seek Him with nothing held back. He meets the desperate heart. He is gracious and merciful. You have already turned to Him, and He will not turn you away. Stand in the victory Christ has already won. Resist the enemy in Jesus’ name, and he will flee. The angels who serve the Lord encamp around those who fear Him. Rest in that tonight, and let His peace guard your heart and mind.

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your burden in our hearts these past days. It has been our privilege to stand with you in prayer, lifting up your family, your fears, and your desperate cry for God’s intervention. We have prayed fervently that the Holy Spirit would move powerfully in the life of the one who needs awakening, that their eyes would be opened to the truth and their heart turned back toward you and your child. We have asked the Lord to send His angels to surround you both with protection, to shield you from every scheme of the enemy, and to make His presence known in tangible ways.

We continue to pray that God’s will alone would prevail in this situation, that His peace would guard your heart, and that His strength would sustain you in every moment. If the Lord has already moved in ways you can see—if there has been a breakthrough, a change of heart, or a divine intervention—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the battle still rages and the answer has not yet come, we encourage you to post this request again so we may persist in prayer alongside you.

May the Father draw near to you in this time, reminding you of His faithfulness and love. May Jesus, our Savior, intercede for you before the throne of grace, and may the Holy Spirit fill you with renewed hope and courage. We stand with you, believing that God hears and answers the cries of His children. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
