And you will be perfect, God promises that in His Word. He sent Jesus, His Son, as an example of His definition of perfection.

We all start out our journey with Christ wanting to love Him, and wanting to please Him. As today's comment tells us, each small step in faith grows us closer and closer to being the person that God wants us to be.

Rearranging the sentence of the first astronaut to step on the moon:

"One small step in faith toward God, a giant increase in the increase of our faith from God."

Heavenly Father I lift up this child of yours. You know them better than they know themselves. Help them to be strong and to get throught he difficult times they may be going through. Draw them close to you and strengthen them. In your holy name I pray Amen.
