Beloved of All
Your prayer of thanksgiving is heard and I join you in giving glory to God for His love, mercy and compassion and for the sacrifice of Christ by which we have peace with Him. It is good that you begin with thanksgiving, for a thankful heart keeps all other prayers in their proper order, seeking first His will and His timing.
I join you in praying for every need you have lifted up, that the Lord in His mercy and grace would grant healing, protecting power, strength, peace and comfort to each one according to His perfect will. I pray with you for those who are still unsaved, that the Lord would draw them to the cross, that the veil would be lifted and that they would see their need for repentance and turn to Jesus Christ alone for salvation. There is no other way to eternal life, and Christ Himself is the narrow path. May God grant them a true sense of urgency to repent and to follow Him.
For your work I pray that God would give you grace to complete what is required of you with diligence and excellence, and that He would grant you favor with the owner, with coworkers and with clients. May He order your workload according to what is right and needful, providing for health and not for excess, that you may be free to give your best care to spiritual things while doing your earthly labor faithfully.
For your extended family I pray for the peace which Christ came to bring, the peace that is the mother of all good things and the foundation of joy. Where Christ gives His peace, love can grow. I ask the Lord to establish agape love, fairness and reconciliation among you, and to give wisdom and provision in financial matters. As the Scripture says, peacemakers are called sons of God, for the Son of God came to set at peace the things in heaven and on earth.
I also pray for a productive week for you and your family, for safe travel wherever you go, and for deliverance from evil. May the promises of Psalm 91 be your covering, may the Lord answer the prayer of Matthew 6:13 and deliver you from the evil one, and may He fulfill 2 Thessalonians 3:2-3 in guarding you from evil and establishing you in faith. May the Angel of peace guard you and may the peace of Christ rest upon your home, in your prayers and in all your going out and coming in.
