Family

We lift up your family with hearts full of faith and compassion, standing together in agreement for salvation, healing, and protection. First and foremost, we rejoice that you have invoked the powerful name of Jesus in your request, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through faith in Him alone that we find redemption, and we pray that every member of your family comes to know the depth of His love and grace.

Father God, we come before You as a family of believers, asking that You draw each member of this precious family to Yourself. Soften their hearts to receive the truth of Your Word and the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Let the light of the Gospel shine brightly in their lives, breaking through any darkness or unbelief. We declare that no one is beyond Your reach, and we trust in Your promise that You desire all to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4). Lord, we rebuke any spirit of rebellion, hardness of heart, or deception that may be keeping them from surrendering their lives to You. May they experience the transformative power of Your Holy Spirit and be born again into Your family.

We also stand in faith for healing, spiritual, emotional, and physical, for every member of this family. You are the God who heals (Exodus 15:26), and we trust in Your promise to restore what has been broken. Whether it is healing from past wounds, sickness, or emotional pain, we ask that You touch them with Your healing hand. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or disease in the mighty name of Jesus, and we declare that by His stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Strengthen their bodies, minds, and spirits, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

For protection, we plead the blood of Jesus over this family. Shield them from the schemes of the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let no harm come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10-11). We declare that they are hidden in Christ, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Guard their hearts and minds from fear, anxiety, and the lies of the enemy. Fill their home with Your presence, joy, and unity, so that they may stand firm in faith and walk in Your ways.

We also encourage you to continue seeking the Lord together as a family. Pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17), and let the Word of God be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). If there are any areas in your family’s life that do not align with God’s will, such as unforgiveness, bitterness, or sin, we urge you to confess and repent, for the Lord is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Walk in love, humility, and obedience to God’s commands, and He will bless your family abundantly.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the privilege of lifting up this family to You. We trust in Your goodness, Your mercy, and Your unfailing love. May they grow in faith, experience Your healing power, and walk in the protection of Your mighty hand. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We join our hearts with you in this prayer, lifting up you and your family before the Lord. It is a beautiful thing to plead for salvation, healing, and protection in Jesus’ name, these three needs touch every part of life and flow from the same heart of God who loves you and your whole household.

As you continue praying, we encourage you to be specific and persistent. Name each family member before God, asking for the Holy Spirit to soften hearts and open eyes to the truth of Jesus. Keep your eyes open for opportunities to speak about your faith in simple, everyday moments, mealtimes, car rides, or quiet walks together. When you can, attend a Bible-believing church together, where you’ll hear the gospel preached and find a community that will support and pray with you. Even if some aren't ready, your steady presence there plants seeds.

For healing, whether of body, mind, or strained relationships, bring those needs just as you have been, trusting that God sees and cares while also using doctors and wise counselors. And for protection, we agree with the psalmist: the Lord is your refuge and fortress, a present help in trouble.

Father, we thank you that you hear the cry of this family. We ask, in Jesus’ mighty name, that salvation would visit every one of them, that your healing presence would restore whatever is broken, and that your protection would cover them day and night. Give them courage, peace, and the steady assurance that you are at work, even when answers seem delayed. Draw them all to yourself, we pray. Amen.

I hear you, as I am dealing with the same thing. But what we need to remember is to have faith. By that I mean, trust in Him & pray for your family's salvation on the daily. Be consistent.

It may not happen how or when you want it to happen, but we can trust God because His timing is perfect & His ways are better than ours. God works in wonderful & mysterious ways. Nothing is impossible for God, so don't think they're too far gone, because nobody is.

Not only do you need to pray for them, but you need to lean on Jesus in a moment like this. Ask Him to help you pray for them, even when you bear it. Ask Him to help you love them, even when it's the hardest thing to do. Ask Him to shine through you, so that they can see Christ in you. God is love, & 1 Corinthians 13 talks about love. Love is patient, kind, doesnt envy, etc.

We can't force them into believing the same thing that we believe. But, we can love them with the very love that Christ shows to us. We can pray for them with the Holy Spirit interceding for us. We can spread the gospel to them (planting the seed), & then let God water it. A plant takes time to grow, so it will take time, but we need to be patient & lean on Jesus.

You also want healing for yourself & your family. Jesus did what He did on the cross, & He bore our sins. He knows what it's like to feel pain, so we can cast our anxieties on Him (1 Peter 5:7). Not only will He not tell others about the things you tell Him, but He also has the strength to carry your burdens. As Matthew 11:28 says, "come to Me all you who are weary & burdened, & I will give you rest". Accept Jesus' invitation & rest in Him. Surrender all your pain & your worries to Him, because He is the healer, He is the chain breaker, He is the miracle worker, He can carry what we can't, & we need to trust it to Him, surrender it to Him.

God is also our protector. He is our shield & refuge. Psalms is a very good book of the Bible to pray over yourself & your family. Praise Him in the good & the bad. "I will fear no evil" as an example of a verse in Psalms.

Now, let's pray:
Lord, I pray that You surround Your angels over this person & their family. I plead the blood of Jesus over this person & their family. I bind any demonic strongholds, evil spirits, or anything that the devil has sent their way in the name of Jesus. No weapon formed against them or their family will prosper. Lord, I pray that You protect them & their family with a shield that protects them from all evil, seen & unseen. Lord, You are their shield & their refuge. I break any occult influence from them & their family by the blood of Jesus.

Lord, I pray that You work in their family's hearts to turn towards You. Put the desire in their family's hearts to follow You & seek a relationship with You Jesus. Encounter their family members in dreams & visions that leave them longing for more. Encounter their family members in ways that they cannot ignore or deny, it's so clear that it's You Jesus. Work in such miraculous ways, that it's undeniable that it's You, & that it cannot be a coincidence.

Lord, I pray that You help them to trust in You & to not lean on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). Lord, help them to patient & to wait for Your perfect timing. Help them to love their family as You love us. Shine through this person, so that their family can see You through them. Help them to be patient with their family, to not retaliate or seek revenge, to be humble & gentle at heart. Help them to lean on You at all times. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Speak through them. Give them the right words. Let them less them & more You, so that their family can see You through them.

Lord, I pray that You heal this person & their family. By Your stripes, they are healed in the name of Jesus. I command any spirit of death to leave them & their family right now in the name of Jesus. I speak healing to them & their family's bodies in the name of Jesus. Help them to believe that You are a miracle worker, You are their healer, & nothing is impossible for You. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen

We set before you the plain Gospel of salvation by grace through faith in Christ Jesus. The Scripture says, Whoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed. This is no riddle but a simple truth, look unto Jesus Christ, God’s provision for sinners, and be saved. Leave the whole matter of your soul with Him in unquestioning confidence, for He has declared that none who trust in Him shall ever be confounded. This faith is not a mere assent to doctrines, but a personal trusting in a Person, the risen Lord. Cry out to Him, “Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief,” and He will in no wise cast you out. What more can be said? The way lies open, and the Spirit and the Bride say, Come.

For your household, plead the promise that the jailer’s family heard the word and believed, and were baptized the same hour, rejoicing greatly. God often calls one to be a spiritual decoy, drawing the rest into the gospel net. Pray with this confidence: the same grace that brought salvation to your door can swiftly spread through every heart under your roof. Do not imagine any case too hard, the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the very least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. The leaf that falls on the prodigal can restore his soul; the fragrance of the Saviour’s name can change the life-blood and make the nature other than it was. Press this healing upon your family, for nothing else will truly protect them from the plague of sin and its eternal ruin.

Understand well that salvation is God’s own work from first to last, devised by His wisdom, purchased by His Son, applied by His Spirit. It is a Divine salvation, and you may rejoice in it as His gift, not your desert. Bring nothing in your hand to purchase it, for it is without money and without price. Cast away every thought of penance or self-reformation as a ground of confidence; Christ is the whole of salvation. He Himself is the Source, the Way, and the End. When you and yours look to Him, you receive not only pardon but deliverance from the power of sin, that deep healing which sets the will right and makes the heart clean. Pray for this: not merely rescue from guilt, but emancipation from bad habits and carnal passions, that your household may be a renewed and rejoicing family.

Remember, the salvation we preach is a common salvation, fit for the jailer, for the nation, for every believing soul. If you have it, make it common. Speak of it to your children, your servants, all within your gates. Let your household be a little church where Christ is honoured, and your faith will be a protection surrounds them like a wall of fire. Go now and seek this salvation for yourself with all urgency, for lost souls know its importance beyond the grave. Then, by the bliss of a united family, labour that your whole house may be found in Christ, that at last you may say, “Behold, I and the children whom the Lord hath given me.” Joy in God’s own salvation will then be your portion forever.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
