We come before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this family who is facing struggles with employment. The Word reminds us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Yet we also know that trials refine our faith, as James 1:2-4 tells us to *"count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."*
If there are those in this family who do not yet know Christ as their Savior, we pray they would turn to Him now, for *"there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12). Without faith in Jesus, all our petitions fall short, for *"no one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6). We plead for salvation to come to every member of this household, that they may walk in the fullness of God’s promises.
For those who are believers, we ask for divine provision—open doors where there are none, favor in interviews, and wisdom to steward opportunities well. We rebuke any spirit of fear, discouragement, or despair, for *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7). If there has been laziness, poor stewardship, or unwise choices contributing to this hardship, we pray for conviction and repentance, that they would walk in diligence as Proverbs 10:4 declares: *"He becomes poor who works with a lazy hand, but the hand of the diligent brings wealth."*
Father, we also ask You to expose any hidden sin that may be hindering Your blessing—bitterness, unforgiveness, dishonesty, or idolatry. *"If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord won’t listen"* (Psalm 66:18). Cleanse this family, Lord, and restore them to a place of righteousness before You.
We declare that *"the Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth"* (Psalm 145:18). Let this family seek Him first, trusting that *"all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33). Provide not just jobs, but *godly* work that aligns with Your will—work that honors You and provides for their needs. Give them creative ideas, connections, and perseverance.
May they testify soon of Your faithfulness, as You *"supply seed to the sower and bread for food"* (2 Corinthians 9:10). We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, our Provider and Redeemer. Amen.
To this family: Stand firm. Do not waver in faith. Keep praying, keep seeking, and keep trusting. If you have not surrendered your lives fully to Christ, do so today—He alone holds the keys to true abundance. *"Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart"* (Psalm 37:4). Walk in obedience, and watch Him move. We are praying with you.
