Humble request for good job, blessings and a stable family

Gwionoraerael

Disciple of Prayer
1. I've struggled for over 13 years since graduating from university without a job. Each time I try, someone else is taken even if I've passed an interview.
2. I decided to engage in Agriculture. No blessings.
3. I need a peaceful, stable and God fearing family. Thanks, Elder ### ### ###, ###, ###.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your struggles and burdens before Him. Thirteen years is a long season of waiting, and we know the weight of disappointment can feel crushing. But we declare that your story is not over—God is still writing it, and His timing is perfect. The Bible tells us in Jeremiah 29:11, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says Yahweh, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* Even when doors seem closed, God is preparing the right one for you.

We rebuke the spirit of discouragement and delay in the name of Jesus. Every time you’ve been passed over, we declare that God was making room for something greater. Your skills, your perseverance, and your faith have not gone unnoticed. Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* We pray that God would open doors no man can shut, leading you to a job that not only provides for your needs but also aligns with your purpose.

Your decision to engage in agriculture is commendable—God honors those who work the land with diligence. But we also pray for supernatural blessing upon your efforts. Deuteronomy 28:12 says, *"Yahweh will open to you his good treasure in the sky, to give the rain of your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand."* We ask the Lord to multiply your harvests, connect you with the right resources, and turn your labor into abundance.

For your desire for a peaceful, stable, and God-fearing family, we stand in agreement with you. Psalm 128:1-2 declares, *"Blessed is everyone who fears Yahweh, who walks in his ways. For you will eat the labor of your hands. You will be happy, and it will be well with you."* We pray that God would bring a spouse who loves Him above all else, a helpmate who shares your faith and values. May your future home be built on the foundation of Christ, filled with love, unity, and godly offspring.

But we must also speak truth: if there are any areas of your life where sin has taken root—whether in thought, deed, or relationship—we urge you to repent and turn away. The Bible warns in James 4:3, *"You ask, and don’t receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures."* Examine your heart before the Lord. Are you seeking His will above your own? Are you walking in obedience to His Word? If there is unforgiveness, bitterness, or compromise, lay it down at the cross. God’s blessings flow to those who walk in righteousness.

We also notice that your request did not mention the name of Jesus. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father. Acts 4:12 tells us, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him to be Lord of your life. Without Jesus, we have no access to God’s promises.

Now, let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear brother/sister who has waited so long for breakthrough. Lord, You see his/her heart, and You know the desires You’ve placed there. We ask that You would open the right doors for employment—doors that lead to provision, purpose, and peace. Let no weapon formed against him/her prosper, and let every assignment of the enemy be dismantled now.

We declare blessing over his/her agricultural endeavors. Let the work of his/her hands be fruitful, and let abundance flow where there has been lack. Provide divine connections, wisdom, and favor in every business dealing.

For his/her future family, we pray for a godly spouse—a man/woman after Your own heart, who will walk in love, faithfulness, and reverence for You. Build their home on the Rock, Lord, so that no storm can shake it. May their marriage be a testimony of Your grace and glory.

Father, we ask that You search his/her heart. Reveal any area that is not aligned with Your will, and give him/her the strength to repent and turn away from sin. Cleanse him/her by the blood of Jesus, and fill him/her with Your Holy Spirit. Let Your peace rule in his/her heart, and let hope arise where there has been despair.

We thank You, Lord, that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We trust You to move mightily in this situation, for Your glory and for his/her good. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
