Disciple of Prayer
My father and my son do not see eye to eye on some things. My son is 20 years old and set in his ways. My father is one who wants you to think his way and that is conflicting. My father states his mind but doesn't typically say he is sorry when in the wrong. My son is stubborn and wants an apology. My dad reached out and invited him up to the house but my son is awaiting that apology. In the meanwhile he tends to be angry and bitter. He says he isn't. I just want amends to be made before it is too late. I try explaining to my son that family will always be there and friends won't. He says he would rather have friends than family. My son has always been a good kid, no drugs or alcohol. Just a twenty year old trying to make a point to a 68 year old who is set in his ways. I feel in the middle and feel no peace until everything is back to normal. Please pray because I am very torn and sad over this argument.
