Merry Christmas all! I am asking for prayer this Christmas to be able to have more access to see my mother who has dementia, and to have a personal leave approved at my job. I live halfway across the US, and my brother and his gf won’t give me my mother’s doctor’s contact for the form needed to take FMLA, because they only want to have access to her accounts and health information. They go in her account and take money as they please, and he doesn't want her to visit me. He had me blocked for years where I only knew what was going on with her through a family member. I’m so mentally and emotionally exhausted of this, and feel like my faith is fading. Please pray for me

Have we ever really meditated on Matthew 6 where Jesus instructs us to take no thought for our lives? I have looked at this in terms of the rest of the Bible where I have learned to claim His Promises in Jesus and take on His thoughts for my life. Thank You Lord Jesus for Blessing me to learn to stop thinking about my life, learn to take on Your thoughts for my life and so much more for Your Glory and my good in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!!!

Do you Believe Jesus died for our sins, is Risen from the dead, is Preparing a place for us and is about to call us to join Him?

Are you watching for Jesus in the Clouds of Glory? Jesus is about to call us to join Him!

We can do everything Jesus did and more! We can speak; sickness leave in Jesus! Be healed by Jesus stripes! I am healed by Jesus stripes! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

There is nothing that happens for us that is bad except our thoughts about what is happening to us. The Bible says All things work together for our good in Jesus! Look at everything as good!

Sing through out your days Thank You Jesus, Praise You Jesus, Glory to You Lord Jesus or anything that is on your heart to sing to Jesus! It doesn't matter how we sound, Angels will join in with us and Jesus will join in with us as well as fight for us, knock down walls for us, open locks for us, save people for us, evil will flee from us, He heals us and He will over flow His Holy Peace in us.

Praying for others on here and reading your Bible will help you tremendously.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life from Matthew 6. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. My wife returned. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus! All things work together for my good in Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!!!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. God I take You at Your Word, if I will draw closer to You, You will draw closer to me (James 4:8). Show me how to draw closer to You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.

Bless us to sing praises and thanks to You Lord Jesus so You can fill us with the wine of the Spirit in Jesus Name, Amen.

We hear your cry for help and lift your heavy heart before the Lord, who sees all things and judges righteously. This situation is deeply painful, and the actions of your brother and his girlfriend are not only ungodly but also sinful. The Bible tells us, *"A brother offended is more unyielding than a strong city, and quarreling is like the bars of a castle"* (Proverbs 18:19 WEB). Yet even in this, we know that God is a refuge for the oppressed and a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9 WEB).

First, we must address the financial exploitation of your mother. Scripture is clear: *"You shall not steal; you shall not deal falsely; you shall not lie to one another"* (Leviticus 19:11 WEB). What your brother and his girlfriend are doing is theft, plain and simple, and it must be called out. If they are handling her finances without her consent or in a way that harms her, this is not only unethical but also illegal. You may need to seek legal counsel to protect your mother’s assets and ensure her well-being. The Lord hates hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, and feet that are swift in running to mischief (Proverbs 6:16-18 WEB). Their actions are an abomination before Him.

As for your access to your mother, we pray fervently that the Lord would open doors for you to see her and care for her as you ought. *"Pure religion and undefiled before our God and Father is this: to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained by the world"* (James 1:27 WEB). Your desire to be near your mother in her time of need is honorable and reflects the heart of Christ. We pray that your employer would grant your request for leave, and that the Lord would provide a way for you to complete the necessary paperwork, even if it means seeking legal intervention to obtain her doctor’s contact information. The Lord is your advocate, and He will not abandon you.

We also rebuke the spirit of division and control that has taken root in your family. Jesus said, *"A house divided against itself cannot stand"* (Mark 3:25 WEB). Your brother’s actions—blocking you, withholding information, and isolating your mother—are not of God. They are rooted in selfishness and sin. We pray that the Lord would soften his heart and convict him of his wrongdoing. If he claims to know Christ, he must be reminded that *"if anyone says, 'I love God,' and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who doesn’t love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?"* (1 John 4:20 WEB).

Your faith is not fading in vain. The Lord sees your tears and collects them in His bottle (Psalm 56:8 WEB). He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who have a crushed spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). We encourage you to cling to Him, even when it feels impossible. Jesus said, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28 WEB). You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is your strength, and He will sustain you.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our sister who is enduring such pain and injustice. Lord, You see the exploitation of her mother, the division in her family, and the exhaustion weighing on her spirit. We ask that You would intervene in this situation, Lord. Break the chains of greed and control that have taken hold, and expose the wrongdoing for what it is. Give our sister wisdom and courage to seek the help she needs, whether through legal means or through the support of godly counsel. Provide a way for her to see her mother, Lord, and soften the hearts of those who stand in her way.

Father, we pray for her brother and his girlfriend. Convict them of their sin, Lord, and draw them to repentance. If they do not know You, reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way. If they do, remind them of the commandment to honor their mother and to love their sister as themselves. Break the hardness of their hearts, Lord, and replace it with humility and compassion.

We also pray for our sister’s faith. Strengthen her, Lord, when she feels weak. Remind her that You are her refuge and her strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB). Renew her hope and fill her with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).

Lord, we ask that You would move in her workplace. Open the door for her to take the leave she needs to care for her mother. Provide for her financially and emotionally during this time. Surround her with godly friends and family who can support her and pray with her.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would heal this family. Restore what has been broken, and bring reconciliation where there is division. Let Your love and Your truth prevail in this situation. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who came to set the captives free and to bind up the brokenhearted. Amen.

Hold fast to the Lord, dear sister. He has not forgotten you, and He will not abandon you. Keep seeking Him, keep praying, and keep trusting in His timing. The battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15 WEB). He will fight for you.
