Beloved Warrior
Jesus, I'm lifting up my family before the throne of grace, where our Lord hears the cries of His children. My heart is heavy with concern, and I am pleading the precious blood of Jesus over every member of my household. Lord, I ask for complete restoration, respect, gratefulness and fellowship in my family and for all negative influences and all spiritual attacks to be permanently removed forever. No weapon formed against me and my family shall prosper, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Father, I come before You with hearts grieved by the spiritual warfare raging against me and my family. Lord, it is overwhelming and I ask that You completely remove this young man and his mother from my older daughter's life. I rebuke every spirit of division, ungratefulness, hatred, manipulation, control, isolation, exhaustion, word curse, isolation, division, ungratefulness and witchcraft that has sought to infiltrate my home. I plead Jesus for You to remove this young man and his mother completely for my older daughter's life swiftly as they are trying to divide me and my younger daughter they have started to convince my younger daughter to live with them. Lord I know nothing is impossible for You. And I ask You remove these hateful people. These people have caused exhaustion, financial hardship, worthlessness in my older daughter's life and havoc in our family. This young man's mother is very disruptive. Lord I ask for every generational curse, word curse, witchcraft and negative influence to break and flee in the mighty name of Jesus. Guide my older daughter to release this man from her life, let her not ignore the destruction, financial hardship, worthlessness and exhaustion he has caused in her life and to be truthful to the disrespect, isolation, division he has caused in her life. The blood of Jesus has already overcome every power of darkness, and I stand on that victory (Colossians 2:15). I declare that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard the hearts and minds of my family forever(Philippians 4:7). Lord, I am deeply concern for my older daughter, who is entangled in an ungodly relationship that dishonors You. Living together outside of marriage is not a marriage, and it has opens the door to spiritual bondage and deception (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). Jesus, give clarity to my older daughter that this man is selfish and he is not ready for a relationship, he is not her significant other, he is not her responsibility to take care of, she does not belong to him. She belong to You, Lord. I ask Lord that You guide her back home swiftly with no regret only a feeling of freedom, safe, joy, and satisfaction. I pray that You would open her eyes to the truth of Your Word and the red flags she has been blinded to. Remove the stubbornness that has taken root in her heart and replace it with a hunger for righteousness and the want to move back. Break the hold this man and his family have over her, and reveal to her the toxicity and exploitation of this relationship. Father, I ask that You would frustrate every plan, plot, or scheme of these people to isolate, divide, and destroy my daughter from our family and turn her heart back to You and to those who love her unconditionally (Malachi 4:6). Lord, open my older daughter's heart and mind. Remind her of the value she was raised with and the love of our family. Jesus, remove all pride, shame, or pressure that keeps her from seeing the truth. Guide her away, Lord, from this living in situations that will harm her future and her purpose. Jesus, lead her away from this ungodly living arrangement, and bring her back home to safety, stability, and wisdom. Jesus, guide her to never obey this man and put him and his family before her faith, her parent, her siblings, and extended families. This young man and his mother's behavior to cause division, isolation, chaos and strife has been manifesting, and I ask Lord for Your divine protection, courage, and strength to keep our fellowship and bond as a family. Jesus, guide my daughter to stop taking on undue responsibilities to take care of this man, let her see he is not ready for a marriage. Give her the wisdom to stop defending and giving a false image of him to others. He is heartless toward her and is a very selfish, lazy, dishonest and rebellious man. Please Lord, save her and have mercy upon her, get her out of this toxic relationship with this man swiftly. Lord, frustrate all his plans right now. I also lift up my younger daughter, praying that she would remain steadfast in her faith and not be swayed by the ungodly example set before her. Protect her heart as this man and his mother damage the sweetest bond she has with her older sister and brother. Protect her from the divisive tactics of this man and his mother, and surround her with godly friendships and mentors who will encourage her in the ways of the Lord. May she never see living together outside of marriage as an acceptable path, but instead, may she seek a spouse who honors You and values the sanctity of marriage (2 Corinthians 6:14). May she never be ungrateful toward me and hateful toward her brother. Jesus, I ask for Your protection over and around her from this man and his mother and strengthen our family's fellowship and unity. Father, I pray for my son with disabilities, that he would be surrounded by love, acceptance, and protection. May he never feel like a burden or an embarrassment, but rather a blessing, as he truly is. Protect him from the hatred, mockery, isolation, divisiveness, exclusion, word curses and witchcraft that stem from this young man's mother and any other negative influences. I rebuke all spiritual attacks, Lord I ask that You command them to flee and never return to torment him. Saturate him with Your peace and protection always. Strengthen his relationship with me, his sisters, caregivers and our extended families. Remove from his life any friendships or influences that look down on him, and replace them with those who will uplift and cherish him. Bless him with peace, joy, love, satisfaction, and the knowledge of Your unconditional love for him. Jesus, protect him from the hateful and demeaning way this young man's mother looks at him. Block all her word curses upon his life. I declare that my home will be a sanctuary of God’s presence, where love, unity, and peace reign. I pray for the restoration of the relationships that have been strained and broken by the enemy’s schemes. Father, mend what has been torn, heal what has been wounded, and restore what has been lost. May my family be a beacon of Your light, drawing others to the love and grace found only in You. Restore our peace, unconditional love, joy and happiness again. Lord, I ask for financial blessings to flow into my home, not for selfish gain, but so that my family may be a blessing to others and a testimony of Your provision. I rebuke every spirit of lack and poverty, and I declare that my family will walk in the abundance of Your blessings (Philippians 4:19). I pray for godly spouses for both of my daughters, men who will love them as Christ loves the church, who will lead them in righteousness, and who will honor the covenant of marriage as You intended (Ephesians 5:25) someone who will respect their upbringings. May my daughter seek husbands who walk in Your ways, rather than being drawn to those who would lead them astray. Father, I ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. Remove the ungodly influences from my family’s life, and replace them with godly mentors, friendships, and relationships that will draw us closer to You. I pray for the complete restoration of my older daughter’s heart, that she would turn away from this toxic relationship and return to the safety and love of her family, swiftly. May she rediscover her worth in You and reject the lies that have been spoken over her. Jesus, guard her future. Protect her credit, her finances, her relationship with me, her siblings, family, her faith, and her reputation so that nothing done in this toxic relationship will cause resentment/hate toward our supportive family and destroy what she has worked so hard to build. Father, I also bring this young man's mother before You. She is acting like my daughter's mother and interfering in ways that harm my daughter, please stop that ungodly selfish influence. She encourages my daughter to take care of her son because she does not want to deal with his rebellious behavior. I pray that You correct this situation. Lead this young man's mother to take of her responsibility for guiding and correcting her own son rather than placing that burden and undue responsibilities on my daughter which place financial hardship on her and our family because we have to help her. My daughter has incurred a lot of debt since she moved in with this young man which was initiated by this young man's mother. Lord, remove all the pride, manipulation, look down upon, and harmful words that make my daughter feel small, ashamed, or feel that my daughter has to play as if she has to be dependent on them or put our family down to make his mother feel good about guiding her. Jesus, teach this mother that my daughter is not homeless and that she has a supportive family and that my daughter needs her guidance or her approval. Father, I am concerned for my daughter's health. She already struggles with breathing, and this young man continues habits like smoking that make it worse. Jesus, protect her health and open her eyes to the harm this environment may be causing her health and open her eyes to the harm this environment may be causing her physically. Jesus, I pray that my daughter will not move deeper into this ungodly situation or become more dependent on them. Instead, lead her away from this unhealthy environment and guide her back to a place of stability, safety, love, and wisdom. Bring her back home where she can rebuild her strength, her health, and her future. Father, stop the division that has been created between my daughter and our family due to this young man's rebellious controlling behaviors. Lord, heal the hurt and restore love, communication, love, and respect. Lord, please protect me and my other children from the bullying, judgment, division, and hurtful words that have come from this situation. Give peace and strength while Your work in ways only You can, Lord. Jesus, I ask for strength for myself and for my other children. Heal the hurt we feel in this troubling situation. Saturate us with peace in our heart and protect our family division. Jesus, bless my daughter back to a path that will bless her life rather than destroy it. I declare that the enemy’s plans will not stand. Every scheme to divide, isolate, and destroy my family will fail, for the Lord fights for them (Exodus 14:14). I plead the blood of Jesus over every member of my household, covering us with Your protection, peace, and favor. May we walk in the fullness of Your blessings, and may our lives reflect Your glory to all who know us. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen

We stand with you before the throne of grace and we join our faith with yours for your family, for we know our Father hears the cries of His children and is mighty to save and to deliver.

We are deeply moved by your heavy burden and your faithful intercession, and we see clearly the spiritual warfare raging against your household. We agree with you that no weapon formed against you shall prosper as it is written Isaiah 54:17, and that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. We also stand on the truth that He disarmed the principalities and powers, making a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them Colossians 2:15, and that the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7.

We must lovingly and firmly address what you have rightly discerned, that your older daughter is entangled in an ungodly relationship and living together outside of marriage. The Word of God is clear that this is not marriage and it dishonors Him. We are called to flee sexual immorality, for every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body 1 Corinthians 6:18. And also, do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship has righteousness with iniquity 2 Corinthians 6:14. A boyfriend or girlfriend relationship should be considered courtship with the goal being marriage to another Christian believer, seeking a godly spouse who will love as Christ loved the church Ephesians 5:25 and who honors the covenant of marriage as God intended between a man and a woman for life. Living together, sharing financial burdens and physical intimacy outside of that covenant, opens the door to spiritual bondage, deception, financial hardship, exhaustion and division, just as you have witnessed. We rebuke that fornication and that ungodly living arrangement, not to condemn your daughter whom we love and for whom we pray, but to call her back to truth, to purity and to freedom in Christ.

We also hear your anguish over the influence of this young man and his mother, the manipulation, control, disrespect, isolation and word curses and witchcraft you have felt. We do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Therefore we do not pray from hatred for people, for God desires all to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth 1 Timothy 2:4, but we do pray with holy boldness that every scheme to divide, isolate and destroy your family would be frustrated, and that every generational curse and word curse would be broken, for Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us Galatians 3:13. We ask the Lord to lift the veil of stubbornness and deception from your older daughter's eyes, to remind her of her worth in Christ and the love and values she was raised with, and to give her courage to release this man who is not ready for marriage and not her responsibility to care for, and to see that she belongs to the Lord.

We join you in lifting up your younger daughter, that she would remain steadfast and not be swayed by this ungodly example, that the sweet bond between siblings would be protected, and that she would never see cohabitation as acceptable but would desire a spouse who honors God and values the sanctity of marriage. We lift up your precious son, who is fearfully and wonderfully made Psalm 139:14, that he would know he is a blessing and never a burden, and we rebuke every spirit of hatred, mockery, exclusion and every word curse spoken over him, asking the Lord to surround him with love, acceptance and protection and to strengthen his fellowship with you, his sisters and your extended family. We also bring your own heart before the Lord, for your exhaustion and financial hardship, trusting that our God will supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19, and that He will heal what has been wounded and restore what has been lost, for He promises to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the hearts of the children to their fathers Malachi 4:6.

And now we pray together.

Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come boldly before Your throne of grace. We plead the precious blood of Jesus over this mother, over her older daughter, her younger daughter and her son, and over their home. We ask You to make their home a sanctuary of Your presence where love, unity and peace reign. Lord, we ask You to command every spirit of division, ungratefulness, hatred, manipulation, control, isolation, exhaustion, witchcraft and every word curse to flee and never return, and to break every chain that has sought to infiltrate this family. Father, frustrate every plan and plot to divide and isolate these children from their mother and from one another, for You will fight for them and they shall hold their peace Exodus 14:14.

Lord Jesus, open the eyes of this older daughter. Let her see clearly the destruction, the financial hardship, the worthlessness and exhaustion this ungodly relationship has caused, and the disrespect and division it has brought. Remove pride, shame and pressure that keeps her from seeing truth. Give her a hunger for righteousness and a holy dissatisfaction with this living arrangement that harms her future, her health, her finances, her credit and her faith. Protect her lungs and her body from harm, including the smoking in that environment, and protect her reputation and her purpose. Lead her swiftly back home with no regret but with freedom, safety, joy and satisfaction, and restore her fellowship with You and with her family. Teach her to no longer defend a false image of this man, but to walk in truth and wisdom, and to wait upon a godly husband who will love her as Christ loves the church, who will respect her upbringing and lead her in righteousness.

Father, protect the younger daughter from divisive tactics and surround her with godly friendships and mentors who will encourage her in Your ways. Guard her heart that she would not become ungrateful or hateful toward her mother or her brother. Strengthen the bond between the sisters and brother and keep their fellowship strong.

Lord, we lift up this son with disabilities. Saturate him with Your peace and protection always. Let him know deeply Your unconditional love for him. Remove from his life any influence that looks down on him or makes him feel embarrassed, and replace it with those who will uplift and cherish him. Block every hateful look and every word curse spoken against him and let him walk in joy, love and satisfaction.

Father, we also bring this young man and his mother before You. We ask You to deal with their hearts, to convict them where they have overstepped, manipulated and placed undue responsibilities upon this daughter that belong to themselves. Lead this mother to take responsibility for guiding and correcting her own son rather than burdening another's daughter. Let Your will be done and let every ungodly influence be removed from this family's life and replaced with godly mentors and relationships that draw them closer to You.

Lord, heal the hurt, restore communication, love and respect, mend what has been torn and restore peace, unconditional love, joy and happiness again. Provide financially for this household so they may be a blessing to others and a testimony of Your provision. Help this mother to trust You with all her heart and not lean on her own understanding, acknowledging You in all her ways so You will direct her paths Proverbs 3:5. Let her be strong and courageous, for You are with her wherever she goes Joshua 1:9.

We thank You, Father, that You hear us when we ask according to Your will 1 John 5:14, and we declare that the enemy's plans will not stand. We cover this family with the blood of Jesus, with Your protection, peace and favor, and we ask all these things in the holy and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our salvation, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We hear how heavy this has become for you and how much you love each of your children. Carrying concern for your older daughter while also trying to protect your younger daughter and your son, and holding your home together through exhaustion and financial strain, is a lot to bear. We are praying with you for protection, peace, and wisdom for every step ahead.

What you described about your older daughter taking on responsibility for this young man and feeling pressure from his mother is painful to watch as a parent. One thing that can help in a season like this is thinking about healthy boundaries as a way to guard your own heart and home while still loving her well. That can look like being clear about what you will and will not take on, especially around finances and debt, saying no when needed in a calm and loving way, and not trying to rescue her from every consequence while keeping the door open for honest, respectful conversation. It also helps to have other trusted people around you and your younger daughter and son, a pastor or godly mentor who knows your family and can walk with you, so you are not carrying this alone.

You mentioned your daughter struggles with breathing and is around smoking. We encourage you to gently urge her to see a medical professional for that, alongside your prayers for her health and safety.

Father, we lift this mother and her children to You in Jesus name. Guard their home with Your peace, protect the health and hearts of each child, and give this mom wisdom, strength, and steady support as she loves her family. Lead her older daughter toward clarity, safety, and freedom, and draw the whole family closer to You and to one another. Amen.

Your heavy and earnest cry has been heard, and it is right that you have brought your family before the throne of grace where our Lord hears the cries of His children. The burden you carry for your household, and especially for your older daughter, is one that many godly parents have known, and the Lord who sees in secret will not turn away from a prayer offered in the name and blood of Jesus.

We join you in praying for complete restoration, respect, gratefulness and true fellowship in your home, and for the Lord to set a guard about your family against every spiritual attack and negative influence. Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world, and the blood of Jesus has indeed overcome every power of darkness, having spoiled principalities and powers and triumphed over them. We ask that the peace of God which passes all understanding shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus, and that your home shall be a sanctuary where love, unity and peace reign.

We must speak plainly and lovingly as Scripture speaks, that living together outside of marriage is not marriage in the sight of God. Marriage is the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and intimacy and the sharing of a home in that way belong only within it. To live otherwise dishonors the Lord and opens the door to spiritual bondage and deception, as you have rightly discerned, for the body is the temple of the Holy Ghost and we are bought with a price to glorify God. For this reason we cannot ask God to bless that arrangement, but we do ask Him in mercy to open your daughter's eyes to see it as He sees it, to show her the red flags she has been blinded to, the exhaustion, financial hardship, sense of worthlessness and division it has brought, and to give her a hunger for righteousness and a desire to be loosed from it.

Our hope for her is the hope of the prodigal. As it has been preached among us, when the prodigal was yet a great way off, his father saw him and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him in much love. That much kissing meant much love, much forgiveness and full restoration. The father would not let him stay as a hired servant but restored him to sonship, and that kissing revealed exceeding joy even before the music and dancing began in the family. So we pray that your daughter, who like the prodigal has interests apart from her father's house, may come to herself and say, I will arise and go to my father. We ask the Lord to remove stubbornness and pride and shame, to break the hold of manipulation and control, to frustrate every plan that would isolate and divide her from those who love her unconditionally, and to turn her heart back to her family and above all to Christ. We pray that she would see that she does not belong to this young man, that she is not responsible to carry him, and that she belongs to the Lord who can give her freedom, safety, joy and satisfaction as she returns to wisdom and stability. We pray too that the Lord would guard her health, her finances, her credit, her relationships and her reputation, and that He would protect her breathing and body from harm in that environment and lead her swiftly out of it with no regret but with a sense of deliverance.

We lift up your younger daughter with you, that she may remain steadfast and not be swayed by an ungodly example. We ask that the Lord will protect the sweet bond between brother and sisters, surround her with godly friendships and mentors, and keep her from ever seeing cohabitation as an acceptable path, but rather to desire a marriage that honors Christ where a husband loves his wife as Christ loves the church. We pray that no root of ungratefulness or hatred toward you or her brother would take hold, and that divisive tactics would have no power over her.

We remember your son before the Lord, asking that he would know himself to be a blessing and not a burden, surrounded by love, acceptance and protection. We ask the Father to silence every hateful word, mockery and curse spoken against him, to command every spiritual attack to flee and never return, and to saturate him with peace and the knowledge of God's unconditional love. May his fellowship with you, his sisters, caregivers and extended family be strengthened, and may every influence that would look down upon him be removed and replaced with those who will cherish him.

We pray also for you who bear this trial. The loss or weakening of family fellowship when guidance is most needed is a deep sorrow, but the Lord is able to mend what has been torn, heal what has been wounded and restore what has been lost. We ask Him to give you courage, strength and daily grace, to provide for your financial needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus, not for selfish gain but that you may continue to be a blessing and a testimony of His provision. We pray that every generational chain, word curse and work of darkness would be broken in the mighty name of Jesus, and that the enemy's schemes to divide, isolate and destroy will fail, for the Lord fights for you.

Concerning this young man and his mother, we pray that the Lord would correct what is wrong and stop the ungodly and selfish influence that encourages your daughter to bear burdens she ought not to bear and to put that household before faith, parents and family. We ask that the mother would be led to take responsibility for her own son rather than placing undue weight upon your daughter, and that all pride, manipulation and harmful words that make your daughter feel small or ashamed would be brought to nothing. We do not pray for the continuance of this entanglement, but that God would in His justice frustrate plans that are built on control and division, and in His mercy bring all who are involved to repentance and to salvation through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved.

Take comfort that restoration with God is not a distant hope. As Peter was restored by a look from the Lord and by the crowing of the cock, and as the prodigal was restored by kisses before any feast was spread, so the Lord is ready to forgive and to restore fully those who return to Him with a broken and contrite heart. Continue to plead the blood of Jesus over your household, to watch and pray, and to maintain family worship and the Word in your home as you are able. He who began a good work will be faithful to complete it.

We stand with you in prayer that the Lord will guard your family, bring your older daughter home to safety, stability and wisdom, preserve the unity of your household, and make your family a beacon of His light and grace to others. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

Your heartfelt prayer has been received with deep care and seriousness, and we join you in bringing your family before the throne of grace. We hear the weight you carry for your children and your home, and we stand with you in asking the Lord for His protection, wisdom, and restoring power.

We agree with you that marriage is a holy covenant designed by God for one man and one woman for life, and that living together outside of that covenant does not honor Him and opens the door to hurt and confusion. Because we love you and your daughter, we cannot ask God to bless that living arrangement, but we do earnestly ask Him to bring clarity, conviction, and freedom. We pray that your older daughter would see the truth of her situation clearly, that the spiritual and emotional blindness would be lifted, and that she would recognize the exhaustion, financial hardship, and division this relationship has brought. We pray that God would give her courage to turn away from what is harming her, to release what is not good for her, and to return to the safety and love of her family and to a close walk with Christ. We pray that any stubbornness or pressure that keeps her bound would be replaced with a hunger for righteousness and for the life God intends for her.

We also lift up your younger daughter and your son. We ask the Lord to guard your younger daughter's heart and mind, to keep her from being swayed by a wrong example, and to surround her with godly friendships and mentors who will encourage her faith and her understanding of purity and marriage. We pray for your son, that he would know deeply how loved and valued he is as a blessing from God, and that he would be shielded from every demeaning word, rejection, or attempt to make him feel small. We ask Christ, who has already triumphed over every power of darkness, to cover him with peace and to strengthen his bonds with you, his sisters, and those who care for him.

For you, we pray for strength and peace that surpasses understanding to guard your heart. We ask God to frustrate every plan meant to divide and isolate your family, to heal what has been wounded, and to restore respectful communication, gratefulness, and fellowship in your home. We pray for your daughter's health, especially her breathing, and for protection from harmful habits and environments. We pray for financial provision and relief from the debts and burdens this season has brought, that God would supply what you need and help you steward it for His glory.

We also pray for the young man and his mother. We do not pray for their influence to continue, but we pray that the Lord would convict where correction is needed, that they would no longer place undue responsibility on your daughter or sow division in your family, and that God would either bring them to repentance or completely remove their controlling influence from your daughter's life as you have asked.

Scripture reminds us that faith makes us children of God and that through Christ we are delivered from evil and brought into sonship, receiving every good gift from Him. It also warns that after the Lord delivers us, we must continue to walk in a thoughtful and faithful way. Continue to trust not in signs alone but in Christ Himself, whose blood has overcome the powers of darkness. Keep praying with confidence, keep speaking truth in love, keep your home centered on prayer, the Word, and fellowship with faithful believers who can support you in person.

We are praying that the Lord who fights for you will make your home a sanctuary of His presence, that He will restore what has been broken, and that your daughters will in His timing be led to godly marriages that honor Him, if it is His will for them. May the Lord guard your family's future, your relationships, and your faith, and bring your older daughter home to a place of safety, stability, joy, and freedom in Christ.

In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, amen.

Your heart for your family and your desire to see them guarded and restored is clear, and it is right to bring these burdens before the throne of grace where the Lord hears His children.

God has promised to be with those who walk in His way and to deal well with them when they return to Him and to the place of family and faithfulness. As with Jacob, when the Lord told him to return to the land of his fathers and to his family with the assurance that He would be with him, so the Lord still calls wandering hearts back to a place of safety, stability and love. Pray that your older daughter hears that call to return, not with regret but with a sense of freedom, safety and joy, remembering the values she was raised with and the unconditional love that waits for her at home.

Scripture is clear that living together outside of marriage is not marriage. It dishonors God and opens the door to spiritual bondage and deception, for we are called to flee sexual immorality and to honor God with our bodies which belong to Him. That kind of arrangement cannot provide the covering and rest that God intends in marriage. Marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and a godly husband is called to love his wife as Christ loves the church. It is right to pray that your daughters will not be drawn to relationships that lead them astray or unequally yoked, but that they will desire spouses who walk in the Lord, who respect their upbringing, who lead in righteousness and who honor the covenant as God intended. A true kinsman redeemer, like Boaz in the story of Ruth, seeks to cover and to provide rest in the Lord, not to exploit, isolate or burden.

You are right to be concerned about the influence that has come into your home. The example of Lot is a sober reminder that God knows how to deliver the righteous, yet living in the midst of a corrupt environment can cost a family dearly and erode the morals of children. When a household is marked by division, manipulation, control, isolation and disrespect, it brings exhaustion, financial hardship and a sense of worthlessness. Pray that the Lord frustrates every plan and scheme that seeks to divide, isolate and destroy your family and to turn hearts away from one another. The promise remains that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world, that the blood of Jesus has overcome every power of darkness and triumphed over it at the cross, and that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, for the Lord Himself fights for you.

Continue to plead the blood of Jesus over every member of your household and to stand on His victory. Ask that every word curse, generational pattern, and work of witchcraft or negative influence be broken and flee in the mighty name of Jesus, and that the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds. Pray specifically that the stubbornness, pride, shame and pressure that blinds your older daughter would be removed and replaced with a hunger for righteousness and clarity to see the red flags, the selfishness, laziness, dishonesty and rebellion in this man, and the destruction, financial debt, exhaustion and disrespect this arrangement has caused. Ask that she would no longer feel responsible to take care of a man who is not ready for marriage, that she would stop defending a false image of him, and that she would see that she belongs to the Lord and not to any man who would put himself before her faith, her parents and her siblings.

Lift up your younger daughter as well, that she would remain steadfast and not be swayed by an ungodly example. Ask God to protect the sweet bond between siblings, to surround her with godly friendships and mentors who encourage her in the ways of the Lord, and to keep her from seeing cohabitation as an acceptable path or from growing ungrateful or hateful toward you and her brother.

Remember your son as a blessing, not a burden. Pray that he is surrounded by love, acceptance and protection, that he knows deeply the unconditional love of God for him, and that he is shielded from mockery, hatred, exclusion and any hurtful words or curses. Ask the Lord to strengthen his relationships with you, his sisters, his caregivers and extended family, and to bring into his life only those who will uplift and cherish him, removing any who would look down on him.

Bring your own needs before the Lord too. He sees the exhaustion, the financial strain, the hurt from bullying and judgment, and the division that has been sown. Ask Him to mend what has been torn, heal what has been wounded and restore what has been lost, so that your home becomes a sanctuary of His presence where love, unity and peace reign and where your family can be a light to others. Ask for His provision according to His riches, not for selfish gain but so your family may be a testimony of His care and a blessing to others. Pray also for your daughter's health, that the Lord would protect her breathing and open her eyes to the harm caused by habits like smoking in that environment, and that He would guard her finances, her credit, her reputation and her future from further damage.

May the Lord turn hearts back to one another and to Himself, restore respect, gratefulness and fellowship, and bring your older daughter back to a path that will bless her life rather than destroy it. Trust that He hears, that He is able to do what is impossible for us, and that He will keep you in His perfect peace as you continue to seek Him. In the mighty name of Jesus, amen.
