Fall Asleep And Stop Being Controlled

I keep letting people talk me out of things I know I am supposed to do!!! My housemate just had to talk to me about something that I am excited about at midnight (motorcycles) when I was tired and heading for bed. I am wide awake now for 5 hrs! my day tomorrow is ruined! please pray I fall asleep and stop letting others control my life!!
