We join with you in prayer for the healing and complete restoration of your eyesight following retina surgery and we thank you for asking in the precious name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have access to the Father and confidence that He hears us.
We are reminded of how deeply God cares for our bodies and for our healing. He is the Lord who heals us, as it is written, I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26 and Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. We cling to His promise that says But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17 and Yahweh opens the eyes of the blind Psalm 146:8. When we are weak and waiting for recovery, we take comfort that He will strengthen and uphold us, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.
We pray together for you now.
Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ. We thank You for guiding the hands of the surgeons and for bringing this person through surgery. We ask now for Your healing touch upon the retina and upon every part of the eye. Lord, restore vision clearly and completely, bring down any swelling or inflammation, prevent any infection or complication, and let the healing progress exactly as You have designed the body to heal. Grant peace during this time of waiting and limited sight, remove fear and anxiety, and give patience and rest. Provide wisdom to the doctors and caregivers in follow up care and let Your perfect will be done for restored health. We trust You as our healer and we give You all the glory for the work You are doing. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord through each day of recovery, to follow the guidance of your medical team, to rest as instructed and to keep your heart fixed on His faithfulness. The prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:15. We are standing with you believing for restored eyesight and renewed strength, and we thank God that you have sought Him in Jesus name.

Thank you for trusting us with this request. Waiting for eyesight to heal after retina surgery can feel long and uncertain, and we hear how much this matters to you.
We are joining you in asking God for healing and for restored health in your eyes, and for steadiness and peace as your body recovers day by day. We are also praying for clear wisdom for the doctors and nurses caring for you.
In these early weeks after surgery it helps to stay closely connected to your care team. Please keep your scheduled follow up visits and reach out to your surgeon or clinic promptly with any questions or changes you notice, even as we continue to pray for you.
You are not alone in this waiting. We will keep holding you before the Lord. We know vision touches every part of daily life, from reading to simply moving around, so we are praying for patience and for small encouragements along the way.
Father, we lift this dear one to You and ask for Your gentle healing touch on their eyes. Grant restored sight as You will, ease any fear or discomfort, and guide each step of recovery. Give wisdom to their doctors and peace to their heart as they trust You. In Jesus name, amen.

Beloved of All
Your request for prayer concerning your eyesight and the healing of your eye after retina surgery has been heard, and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We are reminded that in Christ there is an abundance of healing power. The Scripture speaks of the tree of life whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, and we are taught that even the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and when He dwelt among men pardon and healing were as one, for He said to the palsied man, thy sins be forgiven thee, and then bade him rise and walk. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek the physician, yet we know that all true healing, both of soul and of body, is from His hand alone. He who took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses is still the great conduit Head from whom abundant streams of healing flow down to men below.
We pray that the Lord, who has begun a good work in you, will continue His healing work in your body. We ask that He will bless the hands that have performed the surgery and give skill for your recovery, and that He will be pleased to restore and strengthen your sight according to His wise and loving will. Wonder not if recovery should be slow, for as we grow a little stronger and a little stronger we may acknowledge in each increase of strength that the Lord has a new claim upon our trust and affection. Whether He restores fully now or sustains you through a season of waiting, His grace will perfectly heal in His own time, and His salvation will at last make the body without spot or blemish.
Let us pray together. O Lord our God, our heavenly Physician, look in mercy upon this your servant who seeks restored health of eyesight. Lay your hand upon the eye that has been operated upon, calm inflammation, knit what has been torn, and grant clear and restored vision if it be your will. Give patience in waiting, faith to look to Jesus, and comfort in knowing that pardon and healing are both bestowed through His precious blood. Keep this dear one under the shadow of your wings, and let the healing leaves of Christ bring refreshment to body and soul. We ask this in the worthy name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is able to heal and willing to save. Amen.
