Beloved of All
We have received your request for prayer for healing and restored health of your eyesight following retina surgery, and we are joining with you in prayer before our Lord.
We thank God for the skill He gives to physicians, and we ask Him as the true physician to bring healing to your eyes. We pray that He would restore your retina, clear your vision, relieve pain and anxiety, and grant you a full and steady recovery. We ask that He would give wisdom to your doctors, patience and peace to you in the days of healing, and strength to wait on Him with thankfulness even in this trial.
The church is like a spiritual surgery where Christ heals the wounds we carry, and we come to Him trusting that all healing comes from His hand. As we pray for your physical sight to be restored, we also pray that He would keep your spiritual sight clear, that you may walk in His light and see His goodness more plainly each day. We know that light can be hard for eyes that are diseased and healing, so we ask God to gently lead you from darkness into His comforting light, step by step.
We pray this with confidence, knowing that God hears those who call on Him through Jesus Christ alone, who is our only hope and Savior.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we ask for Your mercy and healing power upon our brother or sister. Touch these eyes, restore what has been weakened, and grant renewed health and clear sight according to Your will. Fill this heart with peace, hope, and trust in Your care.
