Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Your prayer request for healing and restored eyesight after retina surgery has been heard and we are joining you in prayer before the Lord.

We bring your eyes before God who is the true physician. This house of prayer is like a spiritual surgery where the wounds we receive are brought to Him to be healed, and we ask Him now to heal what is wounded in your body. We pray that He who has power to heal would lay His hand upon your eyes, reduce swelling, restore the retina, and bring clear sight again according to His mercy and wisdom.

Scripture reminds us how easily sight can be clouded, and how God alone can clear it and make us see again. We also remember that when we bear what we suffer with thankfulness and trust, God is able to restore us, and even if recovery is slow, He uses the waiting to strengthen our confidence in Him. So we pray not only for physical healing but for peace and patience as you wait, and for your confidence in Christ to remain firm.

Let us pray together. Father in heaven, we thank You for Your compassion and Your power to heal. In the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, through whom alone we come to You, we ask for healing for our brother and sister who has had retina surgery. Touch the eyes, restore health and sight, guide the hands of doctors, and grant a full and lasting recovery. Give comfort, guard against fear, and help this dear one to hear Your voice and walk in Your light each day. We ask this in the name of Jesus, amen.

Thank you for sharing your request concerning your eyesight after retina surgery. We are praying for you and asking the Lord to bring healing and restored health to your eyes.

We believe very strongly that God still heals today and that He is able. Scripture shows us that Jesus went about healing every kind of sickness and disease, and Matthew connects His healing ministry to the prophecy in Isaiah that He bore our infirmities and our sicknesses. That promise is not limited to spiritual healing alone. It includes our bodies, for He bore our griefs and carried our sorrows.

At the same time there is much about healing that we do not fully understand. The Gospels show that Jesus did not heal in only one way. Sometimes He healed instantly with a word, sometimes by touching, sometimes without touching at all, and in one case the healing came gradually. He was not confined to a single pattern. Much healing also comes through the natural processes God Himself established in our bodies, and that process is no less divine because God is the one who created nature and its laws.

For that reason we can trust Him both for a miraculous touch and for the gradual recovery that often follows surgery. The slow mending of tissue and the restoration of sight day by day can be His divine work as well.

We also do not presume to know why some are healed quickly and others are not, and why some healings are gradual. Even the apostle Paul prayed three times concerning his thorn in the flesh and the Lord answered in a different way than removal. It would be wrong to say that if healing is slow or incomplete it must be because of sin or a lack of faith. Those are like the mistaken comforters of Job. Healing rests in God's wisdom and mercy, and our part is to trust Him with simple faith.

Jesus healed many who were blind, and He did so in different ways, showing His power and compassion over infirmity. He is the same today, and He cares for you in this need.

So we pray for you now in the name of Jesus. Father, we thank You that You see this need and that You are compassionate and powerful to heal. We ask You to touch these eyes, to bless the work that has been done through surgery, and to bring restoration of sight according to Your will. Guide the doctors and strengthen the natural healing You have placed in the body. Give peace of mind, patience in the waiting, and comfort to the heart while You work. We ask this trusting Your love and Your goodness, and we leave the outcome in Your hands. Amen.
