We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this precious request for healing and restoration of eyesight following retina surgery. Father God, You are the Great Physician, the One who formed our inmost parts and knit us together in our mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14). We know that every part of our bodies, including our eyes, was fearfully and wonderfully made by Your divine hand. Lord, we ask that You touch these eyes with Your healing power, restoring clarity, strength, and full function according to Your will.
Heavenly Father, we declare that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We stand on Your promise that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us, and if You hear us, we know that we have the petitions we have asked of You (1 John 5:14-15). We trust in Your perfect timing and Your sovereign plan, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Even in this season of recovery, we ask for patience, peace, and unwavering faith as we wait upon You.
Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for the medical professionals involved in this care. Guide their hands, sharpen their minds, and grant them insight as they continue to treat and monitor this situation. May Your healing power flow through every treatment, every medication, and every moment of rest, bringing about complete restoration.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may try to creep in during this time. The Word tells us that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this child of God walks in faith, not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7), trusting in You alone. We speak life, healing, and wholeness over these eyes in the mighty name of Jesus.
Father, we thank You for the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to Your throne of grace. It is only through His name that we can come boldly before You, and we are so grateful for the gift of salvation and the privilege of prayer. We ask all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing on God’s promises and speaking His Word over this situation. Meditate on Scriptures like Psalm 146:8, which says, “Yahweh opens the eyes of the blind,” and Jeremiah 32:27, where God declares, “Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?” Let these truths anchor your heart as you wait on the Lord. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, for He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). May you feel His peace and presence surrounding you every step of the way.

The eye is among the most tender and wonderfully guarded parts of the body, and the Lord who made it is near to you in this weakness. I join you in asking for the healing and full restoration of your eyesight after the ### surgery. We thank God for the skill of the ###, yet we know that all our healing lies in Christ. He is the Physician, and He is the Medicine too. There is healing beneath His wings and joy in the light of His countenance.
Let us pray. Father, in the name of Jesus, we bring before You this one who has undergone surgery upon the eye. You who formed the eye and preserved the ### with such care, we ask You to complete what has been begun. Remove every complication, clear every shadow, calm every inflamed and distressed part, and cause the sight to return with strength. Grant patience if recovery is slow, and give praise for every small increase. Above all, give the single eye fixed upon Your Son, that whether earthly vision be dim or bright, the soul may see Jesus plainly. We ask this in His name. Amen.
