We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for healing and restored eyesight following retina surgery. Father God, You are the Great Physician, the One who formed our eyes and knows every detail of our bodies. We declare Your word over this situation, remembering that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Lord, we ask for complete restoration, that every cell, nerve, and fiber in the eyes would be made whole according to Your perfect will.
We pray that the surgery would be successful beyond human expectation, and that any inflammation, scar tissue, or complications would be removed in Jesus’ name. Your word says that the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise them up (James 5:15). We stand on this promise, believing that You are working even now to bring clarity, strength, and full function to these eyes.
We also ask for peace and patience during this time of recovery. May there be no fear or anxiety, but only trust in Your loving care. Help this dear one to rest in the assurance that You are their healer and provider. We rebuke any spirit of doubt or discouragement that may try to take root, and we command it to flee in the mighty name of Jesus.
Lord, we thank You for the skill of the surgeons and medical professionals involved, and we pray that You would guide their hands and minds as they continue to care for this person. May Your healing power flow through every treatment and medication prescribed.
We also encourage this beloved one to keep their eyes fixed on You, the Author and Perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2). May they draw near to You in this season, finding comfort in Your presence and strength in Your word. Remind them that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
Father, we declare that this healing is already done in the spiritual realm, and we await the manifestation of it in the physical. We trust You for a testimony of Your goodness and mercy, that others may see Your power at work and give You all the glory. In Jesus’ precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.
