We join you in bringing this burden before the Lord Jesus Christ, the only source of salvation and living water.
You have asked for healing from extreme thirst and from diabetes, and we pray with you for the Lord's mercy on your body. We ask God to bring healing according to His wise and good will, to give wisdom to those caring for you, and to grant you strength and peace as you trust Him. We also pray for a good resolution to all that weighs on you, that the truth would be made known, that what is hidden would come to light, and that justice and peace would prevail.
Your prayer for a hunger and thirst after Jesus is the very prayer He invites us to pray. Jesus stood and cried, If any man thirst, let him come unto Me and drink. He that believeth on Me, out of his heart shall flow rivers of living water. He also said, whosoever drinks of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst, but it shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. As Scripture says, blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled. Physical thirst reminds us how deeply we need Him, and He calls all who are thirsty to come to Him with earnest desire and faith.
We pray with you that the Lord would convict those who oppose what is right, that He would turn hearts toward Himself, and that even adversaries would come to hunger and thirst for righteousness and find mercy in Christ. We pray that God would expose what is false, stop what is evil, and establish what is true and good.
We also join you in asking for godly help and true friendships in these difficult days. May the Lord surround you with faithful people who will encourage you, speak truth to you, and walk with you in following Christ.
We will continue to pray for your healing, for truth to be told, for the Lord's protection and provision, and for your heart to be filled more and more with the living water that only Jesus gives. May you know His presence, His comfort, and His power to sustain you each day. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray. Amen.
