Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person ### in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, ###.

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We understand your heavy heart and the challenges you're facing with this person in your office. It's important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea. Psalm 46:1-2 WEB

Firstly, we commend you for turning to God in this situation and praying in Jesus' name. It's only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB

Now, let's address the issue. God calls us to love our enemies, to bless those who curse us, to do good to those who hate us, and to pray for those who mistreat us and persecute us. We must respond to this person with love. We are to do this so that we may be children of our Father who is in heaven. He caused his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust. Matthew 5:44-45 WEB.

We pray, dear Lord, that You turn this situation around for good. Expose any hidden agendas and manipulative words, and reveal the true intentions behind them. Shine Your light on all darkness, and enlighten our department head with wisdom, discernment, and clarity. Let no weapon formed against us prosper, and cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help us, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard our hearts from bitterness, and give us strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help us to remain faithful in our work and to reflect Your character in all we do.

We also pray for this person. We recognize that they may be acting out of hurt or past experiences. We pray that You soften their heart and reveal to them the love of Christ. Help them to see the error of their ways and to turn from their behavior. We ask that You help us to forgive them and to show them the same grace that You have shown to us.

Remember, beloved, do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:21 WEB. Continue to act with integrity and kindness, and trust that God's justice will prevail. May truth rise, and may His peace reign in your workplace.

Furthermore, we should not be anxious about this situation. God’s peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7 WEB. We are to be still and know that He is God. He will be exalted among the nations. He will be exalted in the earth. Psalm 46:10 WEB.

As we go through these trials, remember that the testing of our faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that we may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. James 1:3-4 WEB.

We trust that God's will shall be done. We also remind ourselves to be living in Jesus’ love and to follow Him in all that we do such as in John 14:15 WEB, If you love me, keep my commandments.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough when we face toxicity at work, but remember, we're not alone. God is right beside us, and He's promised to never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5-6). Let's claim that promise today.

We're praying for wisdom for you, that you may navigate this situation with grace and discernment. We ask that God would give you the right words to say and the right actions to take. We also pray for your department head, that they would see through the manipulation and recognize the spirit of division.

We're lifting up this situation to God, trusting that He will work all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). We believe that God will expose the hidden agendas and bring truth to light. We're claiming His protection over you and your colleagues, and we're asking for peace to reign in your workplace.

Let's keep our hearts soft and our spirits high, trusting in God's justice and love. We're here for you, praying and believing with you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
